My husband ordered this product, was not told the "free" 30 day trial was actually $94.86 unless you call within 7 or 14 days to cancel. When the amount showed up on our credit card statement with a generic company name I didn't recognize, I called *******312 (the number on our credit card statement). After being on hold 20 minutes, (still not knowing the name of the company) a VERY RUDE Tatiana answered without saying the name of the company and immediately asked my name and zip code. When I asked the name of the company I was calling, she rudely told me it was a company that distributes various products. I asked what products and she told me she couldn't give me any more information without getting my name and zip code. Once I gave it to her she informed me it was for Garcinia Cambogia and that we were being charged $94.86 because we did not call back to cancel the "free" 30 day trial within 14 days. I told her to cancel the product, but she acted like she was doing me a favor by cancelling any future monthly automatic orders at $94.86 each, and we would not be refunded for the 30 day supply we already had.
