“I ordered three gems from this site about a month ago,...”

I ordered three gems from this site about a month ago, and then waited... and waited... and waited... for them to get to my home. Today I got a paypal notice that I'd been refunded my money. No email from them or anything. Two thumbs down, guys. Thanks for a complete and utter waste of my time.
