I tried to return an item but John Scott refused to honor the full money back guarantee on their homepage.
I ordered product 10 days ago, received an order confirmation and shipping notification the day after my purchase. I still have not received, and per the tracking number it still indicates "Order Processed, waiting for UPS". There is no ETA on when or if I will receive it.
Pretty simple on my end... Paid for expedited shipping, I think it was $12.99, and my order still hasn't come in. I've emailed 3 times and I've gotten no response. There customer service is a joke and you can't talk to a person. I also ordered ordered straight from there website.
After 12 days of not receiving my product, I contacted them. They said they had gone out of stock. Well, it was in stock when I paid for $184 for it. They said it would ship the next day. Here I am, 18 days after my order date and I've yet to receive my product. The tracking info, last I checked about 10 minutes ago, still says it's in pre-shipment. So I can only imagine how long it will be. And it's the weekend now so I can't contact anybody.

Your company makes some of the best products on the market. Protein and bcaa. I will recommend your products to my gym buddies and friends
The product of the best products in proteins and contains all the supplements in addition to their high protein and contains a small percentage of sugar that helps people
The checkout experience was fine, even though I thought I was going to get the update product. It also took forever to receive the product. Finally, the box it came in was damaged.
I haven't received the product as of this writing 8/7/18, time 5:30am. The shipping method needs to be improved. The chance of a reorder from this company is unlikely.
