Warning to anyone receiving emails from e-cigarette companies... I think they are all scams. Read the small print underneath the place where you sign electronically. Most of us don't scroll down after we have given our information and signed for the free e-cigs with just a shipping and handling charge.

My bank notified me of an unusual transaction and I discovered that I had been billed $149. I told my banker that I did not authorize this purchase and that my signature only authorized the $4.99 shipping and handling. My bank refunded my money immediately... J. P Morgan Chase.

I was lucky to have a good bank because not everybody can get their money back from scammers.

I always save to my computer any form that I fill out online. I saved this one and that's what demonstrated to my banker that I never authorized charge to my account.

Getsmokelessnow seems to be a scam. They offer you a starter kit for $10.00 and then send you unordered refills for $100.00 the same refills they sell for $20.00 on their web site. The telephone # on their terms and condition site is not answered. Try an e-mail to: *******@getsmokeless.com. You need a reference # to make returns and I'm not sure that works since my account hasn't been credited yet. Live and learn. Avoid this company.

This is one of the biggest rip off scams I have seen in awhile. They start you with a starter kit for 1.95 or 9.99 depending on what site you land on that they are attached to, and trust me, there are several. The terms and conditions are tiny and long... Be sure to read all of it, as it will let you know that in 14 days you will be billed on your credit card 99.00 for the cigarette, which is a joke, since it doesn't have enough power to vape well, and runs down in no time flat... also they will be billing you 59.99 automatically every month for refill cartdridges... I sent mine back, its crap of a product, and their techniques for selling this product are shady at best... Go to DinoDirect and get the 5 volt cig kit for 36 dollars and change, and get the e liquid from Halo.com, and refill your own cartdridges...
