Why no reviews? Have you ever had motherboard on that chipset or something close to that? They are simply wonderfull and I am here to give them some personal review cause of that entirely. So let's move on with life further.

“Difficult communication, poor customer care”

In the past 5 years I have purchased a Gigabyte product 2 times. Both times I have had problems. Both times the online support proved: careless, incapable of proposing solutions, passing the buck ("contact the seller". Ok, so what would your role be?). Given that all the most famous brands have now enhanced their online support services, I find it really useless to insist on this brand.

In the past 5 years I have purchased a Gigabyte product 2 times.
Both times I have had problems.
Both times the online support proved: careless, incapable of proposing solutions, passing the buck ("contact the seller". Ok, so what would your role be?).
Given that all the most famous brands have now enhanced their online support services, I find it really useless to insist on this brand.

They sent me 4 monitors with insects inside, possible nests.

Not to mention these monitors also had stains inside of the monitor, overheating, OSD menu opening itself rapidly, monitor OSD menu button breaking off, monitor making my whole computer screen freeze, flashing I mean the list goes on...

I called their support line for 2 hours, nobody picked up. The automated message told me to leave a voice message and I'll stay in my que. I left 3 voice messages and it has been 3 months, they never called back.

You are saying for 3 months I've been in que and I'm still not first in the line yet? "Sure"

Then I create a support ticket, they completely ignore all my complaints, say that the monitors are not even from them, lying although later saying it's actually theirs.

They just ignored my complaints, delayed response time and just randomly closed the ticket.

They take 0 responsibility for in which conditions they send out their products, their customer support is 0/10 both over phone and support tickets.

The company claims they are the best yet they are the worst at "Everything".

What they are doing should be against the Law but hey, as long as a company nets in a lot of money, rep for other countries, they wont do a single thing. Money is money.

Oh btw, they are also refusing to send me the warranty papers. This is totally legal alright! SO LEGAL.

2023 UPDATE: I've now order 8 in total. All broken. Gigabyte has done nothing to remedy this issue. If I was a social media celebrity, they would do anything in their power to fix this issue but since I'm a nobody, these issues remain unsolved.

Tip for consumers:
Do not buy from them unless you are a well known public identity. This way they will send you the perfect monitor with 0 flaws!

I was recomended to gigabyte by a friend i trusted well they are not trustworthy 4 motherboards bad 4 warrantys VOIDED they said there was oxidation that is a white film caused by salt water. ILL TELL YOU WHAT IT WAS ( DUST) One needed a battery and one had my Sweat and dust they put these little red and white arrows on the one motherboard Thats the one that had myu sweat and dust on it. The other 3 were never even looked at ILL TELL YOU WHY I BOUGHT A SERVER BOARD that did not work when i got it 2 months and 2 boards later I told them did you check the first one NO WAY they checked it WORKED FOR THEM ILL tell you why it did not work at my location GIGABYTE THEMSELVES SHUT IT DOWN because of a BBB complaint that im totaly right about THEY ROBBED ME over 1000,00 in motherboards LIED THREW THIER TEATH to me even had me working my back off at my house trying to get the server working

IM GOING TOP SHOW YOU THE MOTHERBOARDS THAT THEY SAID OXIDATION THEY SHOULD BE IN JAIL I GOT SCREWEFD OUT OF OVER 1000.00. I still have 2 motherboards that are no goiod that are under warranty they are screwing me hard the one is a B550 147.00 the other is a b450 still under warranty. Those are a loss to now 490.00 for a server board still no money back. They stopped helping me and my Goverment doesnt help me they are robbing the comunity and getting rich doing so

ALL TOGETHER I LOST 2200,00 AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK. ALL OF IT. LOOK AT THE LITTLE ARROWS THATS MY SWEAT THE OTHER BOARD BRAND NEW AND THE OTHER B450 IS THE ONE IM ON NOW THEY NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT THEM. I told them i sweat on the boards they voided the warranty.

WOULD YOU GIVE THEM YOU HARD EARNED MONEY?

Some people dont learn from someone elses mysery they have to learn on thier own

JUST TOOK EVERYTHING APART AND HAVE 4 NEW AZROCK BOARDS THEY WILL NEVER GET A DIME FROM ME AND THE GAMMING COMUNITY WILL SEE THE PROOF.

I PURCHASED IN GOOD FAITH THEY ROBBED A GOOD CUSTERMER.
