Similar experience as other customers...Bought two "US Made Pro grade" hose nozzles thinking paying extra was worth it and assumed high quality given the "lifetime warranty". Problem is that they have the process set up so you think you will get a response after you submit a claim and site states "someone will contact your shortly". However, your claim is never processed or responded too. Very frustrating, suggest you purchase other less expensive products that probably function just as well.
I bought a gilmour heavy duty watering wand a couple months ago and it is leaking. I sent in a warranty claim a few weeks ago and haven't heard anything back. You can't get a hold of anybody. You try calling and it goes straight to voicemail every time...I've even left a message...no response! You go to their site to try and contact them and it takes you to an untitled blank page. Very poor customer service! I don't enjoy getting wet every time I go to water my plants! A replacement would be nice. I will not be buying their products again! If you want to be a customer you've been warned! I hope that if you do buy their products that nothing goes wrong with them because you won't get a response.
