This is my first time ordering from this site and I will tell you that it will most definitely be my last unless something is resolved. I will be sure to leave reviews everywhere to let people who are curious to purchase service from Global International Travel that it would be an awful decision on their part, considering the circumstances. I feel as though I have been scammed. I would strongly suggest you notify your clients of various extra charges prior t their ordering because you will not have many clients for very long...
First of all they took $100 off my husbands credit card today without our permission. We are pressing charges on the company and the person that stole our credit card information and identity on May 13,2010. They will not give us any information on the person that booked a flight using our credit card information or tell us where the transaction was made at, the time it was made or any other information we asked for. This Global International Travel Company is fixing to belong to my husband and myself because we are fixing to sue the crap out of them and then we will show people how you run an online business the safe, correct and secure way because obviously the people running it now does not care about people one bit as long as they get that persons money without verifing the identity of the person using the credit card and making sure it belongs to that person. SO WE HAVE BEEN ROBBED TWICE TODAY... 1ST OF OUR IDENTITY AND 2ND OF OUR $100. We want our money back NOW and we want all the persons information that used our credit card NOW! Respond back to me TONIOGHT or have the company call me tonight please
