After reading reviews I was terrified! I bought a game system for my son for Christmas and we're very low income so it's all I had. The reviews had me in tears for a couple days. I ordered the Xbox on Monday, by Thursday I reached out to customer service (bc I heard it's impossible to get a reply) and I was replied to within an hour. The rep looked up my order, confirmed it and then told me she would personally reach out when it shipped. The next morning I woke up to an email and a tracking number. Today (the following Monday) I received my package. Everything was in it, everything works, it clean and was packaged amazingly, so much bubble wrap it was hard to get through. I almost made my bank cancel the order because of the reviews so I decided to make sure I write one of my own. I'm going to put this on every site I only found bad reviews on because my experience really was great and my kids are going to have a Christmas they couldn't imagine this year!
Ordered a Nikon lens which listed as good without fungus or haze, received the lens which is broken and full of fungus and they refuse to take it back "SCAM Company" ( Stay away) worse customer service
I ordered a bass guitar floor effects unit described as "tested and working", yet what was delivered was an obviously broken piece of gear. No sound comes out of it, there is no current at all going to any of the output jacks, which means they never really tested it, they just checked to see if it powered on. Three messages to customer service have gone unanswered. It took 10 days for the item to reach me and communication was limited to a receipt and a shipping notice, other than the 2-3 marketing emails I received in the meantime. I'm willing to pack up and return the broken item for their inspection should they ever decide to reply.
Now that I read other reviews and background info from former employees about how Goodwillfinds.com works, it's clear that it's essentially a volume-based scam. The fact that this rinky dink little site runs on Salesforce Commerce Cloud tells us that the person or team in charge of establishing this site was in over their heads and was sold a bill of goods. They should be on something like Shopify+ because with SCC, the site's numerous issues will be far too complex and costly to fix.
Unless Goodwill gets competent ecommerce leadership and completely rebuilds this site the right way, avoid it like the scam it is.

The first time I ordered, I finally received an email stating they can't find the product. Later I ordered size medium jeans and was shipped size 0 juniors. No customer service. My sister ordered 7.5 sized shoes and was shipped size 8.5. No answer from the multiple emails she sent.

After purchasing an assortment of items over ore than a 6 month period I figured it's time to review. I've found some great deals on goodwillfinds from vintage Tonka toys, to bulk jewelry, clothing, music gear, original pieces of art, and recently a new model typewriter still in its original box. 10/10 would shop with them again. Orders always arrive on time and in the condition they are in the photos.
Tip for consumers:
New and used products available on site. Some rare items and some new stuff still with tags.
The problem I have is the inconsistency. This is supposed to be shopping at a bargain. There is no matter what a shipping cost on top of anything ordered and I get it. But this is not an online consignment store it's used goods. Even if there in good shape but what I don't understand is how you can have let's just do baby dolls from 6$ bucks to maybe like $50 for a used baby doll now Ok maybe I get that if there a big name brand or reborn or high end and in mint condition. But to have even the best selling dolls on your website between 200-500$ is outrageous they can be bought brand new for that. I hope someone can take this review into consideration and make things affordable. I get an upcharge everyone have bills and employees to be paid but these are donated goods maybe try to be reasonable.
I have had a very positive experience with Goodwillfinds. I've purchased several items from their online store. Most in great condition as advertised and if it wasn't functional or as described, I reached out to customer service and was refunded without any type of hassle after returning the item. Yes shipping seems ridiculous sometimes but shipping prices are outrageous and you really have to take in to account where the location is that the items is coming from and the weight of the item. I don't know why everyone is griping about their products and customer service but honestly for me everything has been great!
Wow! Do not buy anything from these crooks in sheep's clothing! Item is broken in half! Can't return
Tip for consumers:
Do not purchase anything from these thieves. They knowingly sent me a broken product ... it was broken in half! and then i could not return it.
Went to shop n the guys in that store are creepy n flirtatious watching the ladies shop n.asking for phone numbers, it was a creepy encounter why not have the men in there better monitor most have criminal backgrounds, my friend was approached by a Latin guy and we looked for his od badged n the black gentleman was Kevin but the Spanish was helpful but then became very flirtatious named rich shame on this store
The gold ring that I ordered came as it was described and pictured. The only questionable part is whether or not it is 14k gold. The title said 14k, but the description said 10k. Unfortunately I would need a magnifying glass to know for sure which one it is and I don't have one. I also did not like that I never received an email from them with my order and shipping information. The order did arrive in around a weeks time, which I feel is reasonable.
Not a good place to purchase I bought a $50 watch that listing said may need battery when I took to jewelry store they said watch was missing parts. Listing said as is so no refunds. I made complaint with PayPal because it didn't state possible missing parts.
Very shady. Claims items are untested. Most electronics appears to have been disassembled with missing screws etc. Some even came with cockroaches!
Mink fur coat ordered on 6/17. Cost of coat 25. Total 61 so shipping cost more than the item but $61 for a mink coat, I thought it was still a great deal. I think it took 4 weeks to arrive. I lost patience and requested a cancelation on 7/15. Two days later, it was delivered. The ad said it was described as good condition no defects noted. However there was 4 cuts and a bald spot. I filed a refund request and it was refunded I think two weeks. I was worried a bit because I was worried that they would think I was trying to cancel the order. I was bumped that it didn't work out but they did honor their policy without too much trouble on my part.
I thought I would do some shopping and stumbled upon this Goodwill site. I am in disbelief of the high prices. I found one neck cream and it was $2,000. Honestly, I will NEVER donate anything again. These people get these items for free to help the less fortunate people and they raise their prices so high when if I look for a good sale in the stores and use a coupon, I could get it new for less. Please don't donate to these price gougers anymore. I'm on social security and I can't even get a break at Goodwill anymore. I'm wondering where this free money they get is going?
Goodwillfinds should be shutdown. I purchased a pendant and a purse in one order in April 2023. The pendant arrived and it was fine, but the purse never arrived. In another order, I purchased a 14K gold snake chain necklace that was described as 18 inches long, but it was actually only 16-3/4 inches long (see my photos below) and too short for me to wear. The purse was about $19 and the necklace was $255, and I received a discount of $10. The website tells you that all sales are final unless the item was described incorrectly or is damaged or wasn't delivered, etc. The website says to send an email regarding returns or problems. I sent emails about the purse that was never delivered and the gold necklace that was the wrong length, and I received an automated email response saying that GWF would be in touch with me within a few days. I waited but got no reply. I sent another email about these problems, and again, no response. Totally unacceptable! Spend your money on a website that has a real customer support department! I've bought items from different Goodwill stores on ebay and never had a problem, but GWF is a nightmare!
I ordered 9 items and have only received 2 at this point (5 days after ordering). I was charged 3 times all adding up to the total, but never got an email about anything. I found a phone number for them by going to Google maps, and that is *******483. This is the goodwill headquarters or something in the same building as GWF. I called and it rang for a long time, but someone ended up answering. I asked for GWF and she transferred me, only to be welcomed with voicemail. I'm assuming that box is less full than their email inbox, so I went ahead and left a message. Btw, the address is 1460 Garden of the Gods Rd, Colorado Springs, CO ******* and it was the return address on the one package I did get. Other than the ordering problems, the two items I received were in awesome condition.
I ordered 5 items on 5/24. All were from the Colorado Goodwill. I received a shipment containing 4 items on 6/2. I have used the web-based form and emailed to inquire about the missing item. No response. I don't know if the item is coming or not. It's been almost 2 weeks. Really unprofessional. Shop at your own risk. If you do shop there, I recommend placing a separate order for each item so you can tell when each item ships. There's no way to tell if each item in a multi-item order has shipped.
Win win for them. They get free donations then turn around and boost prices on ALL items, some higher than new retail even.Charge HUGE SHIPPING COSTS(sometimes triple of your order total).Throw your items into a box and ship it-SO THEY SAY!Twice I have been charged and twice I have not received my items. You can only contact them via email and hope you get a response after repeated attempts.Do you really really want to go through this?Read other reviews stating the same scam ripoff behaviors of Goodwillfinds. This company masquerading as a non profit helping others is a bold face LIE. You have been informed make your choice.
Goodwillfinds is very shady.Watch out for their changing prices on items. They misrepresent items.Do not believe the photos you see.Big shipping charges on items. They sloppily pack breakable items so much of what you receive is damage beyond repair.Dont be taken in by this business. Its a complete rip off.
Do not waste your money.Prices seem low but they tack on huge shipping costs-like 15.00 shipping on a 4.99 tshirt. You rarely receive what you ordered and sometimes they pull a switch on you and substitute an item you never ordered with one that you did order and charge you the higher price. This place is purely dishonest. If you email them, don't expect a response. They take YOUR MONEY and run away with it.This website should be investigated for the hundreds of negative reviews.
I bought a vintage raincoat from them. It was advertised as size A but the photo showed size B. Wrong size came. My bad--triumph of hope over past experience. Cannot get any response to multiple return requests. If they ever respond I will update this.
Based on the bad reviews I was scared to buy online but it has been so WONDERFUL and I LOVE everything! Colorado, Washington, Chicago/Wisconsin, and Los Angeles Goodwill sites packed all so carefully! Shipping is a blessing with Fedex! All were so sweet and kind! Kaylie in customer service is a precious soul! God Bless Goodwillfinds.com and all who work there! I wish I knew all by name to praise their hardwork and to say how BLESSED I feel! (Ordering more in the future!) The Guitars are for singing the Lord's praises!
Thank You All So Very Much!

The whole shopping experience has been an absolute blessing!!!
An expensive subwoofer that was listed as "seems to function properly" clearly didn't. Any reasonable, even non-technical person, would conclude that obvious fact if they heard what I heard. Goodwillfinds' solution to making it right was simple - it's not their problem anymore. It's appalling to discover an entity hiding behind the veil of questionable ethics. I'm out nearly $200.
I was going to order an item from this website totaling about $30. I put in my address (I live in TN) and the shipping was about 4x the amount of my order total. Over $120 for shipping is absolutely ludicrous. I am a small business owner and am familiar with shipping costs, so I don't know where they're getting it from. Will never shop here. Not to mention some of the prices are ridiculous. For example, $100 for a used Lululemon belt bag is insane. Buyer beware.
This place is a joke, you place a order and 3 of 4 items was not available. There is no way to contact customer service except email and they do not respond. They say items were lost and could not be shipped. Emailed them back to cancel the remaining item and they went ahead and shipped it. It took them over a week to tell me the items were not available, I have sent 4 emails trying to get in touch with them, and no response. Do not waist your time ordering from them, They are a joke...they dont even deserve one star very bad business...
I ordered a Brass Key collectible doll on Friday and received it Wednesday. It was packed well and the doll arrived in perfect condition. I'm pleased with my purchase.
No returns
They don't answer questions
They have all the technology available to price their items and know what they are selling,
But pictures don't have accuracy they are blurry, distorted, and taken hiding the damage of items
Inaccurate measures in sizes
Is like they have a shark pricing their stuff but a chicken taking pictures
It does not makes sense to me,
Raise money to so call ( help others) while screwing up their customers?
Shame on them
