I originally bought a treadmill on goplus website, but finally I chose an air compressor head. I haven't been able to buy a suitable head, so I just bought it here. It was a good fit, the price was great, and the performance was super good. It was more satisfying than I had imagined. I think it was a casual but perfect shopping!

I simply asked to get a replacement for my childrens basketball back board. I bought it through the internet and so not directly from GoplusUS. So I appreciate that they are less interested in supporting me. BUT their emails and response were ignorant and derogatory. If they had stated we cannot help then that would have been OK, and maybe a statement of how to move forward e.g. where I could get a new back board would have been OK. I strongly urge you not to do business with GoplusUS until thgey change their attitude towards customers.
