Clear menu and process. Spaces for special instructions on each meal would be helpful. For example, I prefer white salad dressings but they usually give Italian, and there's nowhere for me to change that easily. Overall, it's been easy so far. Thank you!
My delivery took over an hour and when I called customer service to see if they could find my driver, they stated that my food read that it had already been delivered. The driver never once called me or rang my doorbell, they instead left my food outside and because I was never informed that my delivery was here it was stolen. I've been calling for days for a refund and it just has been a runaround to get my money back. Horrible experience.
I realized they act as a IT partner they handle so much for my restaurant marketing posts reputation and so cheap on cost i feel like giving more offers to customer direct. I get more orders from them and grubhub is going down in store saves me more commission i do recommend them to every restaurant its a perfect partnership

I’ve been calling for days to receive my refund because I never received my food but it has been difficult to get my money back for my order that I never got.
Well i see there are couple of people who mentioned something like their commission but i researched they have over 2000 restaurants now and amazing star rating son app, they are better than other 3rd parties who are sucking so much from us based on commission marketing cost but these people do deals on 5% to 8% and no one mentioned that they do so much ads on google for you and so on facebook insta and really help a restaurant have more orders on board from them than others, infact restaurants should be endorsing them more. I love them for my 6 stores

The pizza is good, this site is not great though, it's like it's made specifically incompetent to make sure the customer's like me are so dedicated to delicious food that we work through the "forgot password" link at EVERY ordering of various variations of calzone's, one of my favorite foods. The order system is a pain in my $#*!. The calzone at Nick's House of Pizza in Medford, MA (*******) is sooo delicious. Food made with love!

I can never (since creating this account) either enter correct password or reset my password. Typically I would always have to send a text to my phone every time and get a 1 time login link - that whole process was not user friendly.

I was redirected tothe Grabull website when trying yo place a takeoutorder. Next time I will call it in directly. It's very confusing to add gratuity and make people change or remove it. I kept wondering why my bill was so high. The prices were listed incorrectly, so I was unaware there were extra charges for sauces. I therefore got charged for two separate transactions. Grabull has prices listed incorrectly.
I did not choose Grabull. I was redirected to tge site, instead of being able to order directly from the restaurant as I have in the past. I will avoid Grabull in all future transactions.

I used them 4 times and realize every time i order there is always a discount and when i search them online to put review and felt i should tell people that we go for using companies around who charge lot of money for food pretending to save money, but this company charge 50 cents an order for their fee, and give us good discounts always 10% 5 $ and more plus i always get 1% return reward in my account, use this company to save restaurants from other big Giants who charge huge commissions from restaurants

Grabull is easy enough to use, but I would rather call the restaurant and order directly with a person and not have the additional fees. It takes from the tip.
