I'm happy with my grand videoke product and their customer service. Very quick action when you have some issues. My grand videoke is our family's new favourite machine in our house. Great product and highly recommended!

Package arrived quickly after order. Setup was pretty simple, there is a great selection of songs, but the device is cheap. I purchased one with wireless microphones, but they stop working after about 10 - 30 minutes, so I've been using my own wired microphones.
I guess the one I recieved was defective, but I have yet to receive a replacement. It has been about a month since I spoke with support and they were supposed to send me a return shipping label, but I haven't received one yet. The 'Online Sales Team' are extremely slow to act when there are problems. Not only have I had this defective unit for a few months now, but based on how slowly they move, I suspect once I ship it out I'll be waiting another month for my replacement. For $1000, you'd expect more.
We had the videoke for just almost two months but then one of the microphone is malfunctioning. We have contacted the customer service and followed the troubleshooting instruction but still the same. Will do the last option which is the virtual troubleshooting and hoping to settle this matter afterwards.
Not really Happy with the System because the microphone is my problem the volume was not sound good. If I can return, I'll return it ASAP.
