I have been trading with Grays for years and they were most reputable. However, now they charged my card then flatly REFUSED TO SEND THE GOODS. I emailed them, but hey just say "I'll follow it up" and heard nothing more from them. After more continued emails, they say "we have processed a full refund". Which also never arrived. They just kept fobbing me off in the hope I'd just lose my money and walk away. In the end I went to Dept of Fair Trade, to get my money back. I don't know, but aren't these the signs of a company going broke?
