My experience with greenhousevines.com has been awful. I would give them zero stars if it were possible. Their website says they'll match any other vendor's price; that was not entirely true. But I decided to do business with them anyway because I like to support small businesses. I was promised that the greenhouse I ordered would be shipped within 2-4 days. When more than a week had passed, I called the company and was told that it would be shipped within the next day, and that I would receive a tracking number within 2-3 days. When no notice of shipping occurred after 3 days, I called again, was told it was in transit (in Iowa) and I would receive it at the end of the week. A tracking number was promised, but never received. I called again and was told it would be shipped that day (in other words, it had never been in Iowa nor had it ever been shipped at all). At that point, I cancelled my order (this was an almost $3000 purchase) in writing. I was then told that it was too late to cancel because the order was already in transit. This, too, was untrue because the subsequent tracking information showed that it had not been picked up until more than 24 hours after I cancelled my order in writing At that point my options were to accept an almost 3 week late item (I had purchased a greenhouse from another vendor in the meantime) or pay a 25% restocking fee. I will never do business with this company again, and encourage others to be very cautious. They are not to be believed. They have misrepresented facts and lied to me several times along the way.

We are sincerely sorry that you had a bad experience with Greenhouse Vines.

While we do offer a price match program each price match is subject to approval. On the specific request, we offered a $199 discount from the original price.

We understand that there was some misunderstanding regarding the status of your order. Your order was placed on March 24th and arrived on April 18th. Per our shipping policy, your order was shipped and arrived on time.

Per our policy below is the timeline of our orders:
- Order processing 2-3 business days.
- Order shipped from warehouse: 2-4 business days
- Time in transit: 7-12 business days
*While this is the timeline for our orders we are not responsible for delayed delivery due to conditions beyond our control.

This timeline was also communicated during our phone interaction.

Per our cancellation and return policy, we are not able to cancel orders after they are prepared for shipment or have already shipped. While you did request to cancel your order, we were unable to grant this request because the item was already in the process of being shipped.

You requested to cancel your order on April 5th but your item was picked up from the facility on April 4th. We provided tracking information on April 6th which showed that your order was being shipped and at this point, we were unable to grant your request to cancel your order.

Once an order ships per our cancellation/return policy, there are two options to proceed:
1. You can keep your order and accept the shipment
2. If you want to cancel your order, you can refuse the shipment. If you decide to refuse the shipment, you are responsible for a 25% restocking fee.

We make our best effort to ensure that all orders arrive in a timely manner and to be as transparent and communicative as possible.

Our customer satisfaction is our top priority and we are saddened that you had a bad experience with us. Please reach out to our team if there is anything we can do to improve your experience.
