The logo of our brand is nothing short of spectacular, and everyone keeps asking about it. We take pride in telling everyone logo design was done by Green Lake Designers. The team is creative, professional, and responsive. Throughout the processes, we knew they would deliver something special!
Don't waste your time and money with these people. This outfit is a rip-off and demonstratable incompetence. I needed a logo design done, paid in advance and sent VERY specific instructions on what I wanted. The "account manager" person, Jennifer Rogers, was evasive, slow in responding and kept sending the same rejected design back to me over and over again, ignoring pretty simple instructions, always with a non-excuse. After a month of this going in circles, it was apparent that they could not deliver what I had requested and had no intention of even attempting to follow instructions, so I asked for a refund. Been waiting two weeks, no response or refund as of yet.

I hired Green Lake Designers to re-brand my gift store in Cincinnati. Their designers and animators created a new iconic logo and four 2D videos. I used them for the online marketing campaign. I got a massive response from the audience of Cincinnati. Excellent work!
Green Lake Designers Promised a logo design and JPEG File. We ended up choosing one of the concepts they provided and we were notified it would be done by the next day. They completely forgot about us and did not contact us anymore also wouldn't pick up the phone anymore. Only after we got on their website and utilized the chat box and notified them we wanted a refund because we were unsatisfied with their service, that they reached out right away to us. Apologizing for the inconvenience and promising to provide not just the JPEG but all 10 file types they provide, because of the inconvenience. To only calling back about 5 mins later to notify us they would not be providing the other files unless we paid another $50 dollars. This type of service is unacceptable, and we will surely never us this company ever again for anything! Extremely UNPROFESIONAL and no consideration for customers and of course dont hold them to their WORD! AND OF COURSE LETS NOT FORGET TO MENTION THEY ABSOLUTLY DID NOT WANT ME TO WRITE A REVEIW AND ALSO DID NOT WANT TO DO ANYTHING TO SATISFY THE CUSTOMER AS THEY PROMISED!
