I purchased 6 sessions of laser hair removal for £139.99.
When i got to the clinic they said it only covered one area where as the voucher says 2 areas. So i left after having the patch test. Phoned groupon explaining they refunded my money.

The second deal i purchased was 1 hr handy man.
I phoned the company first and asked if it covers a door being fitted and they said yes.
So i booked for them to do the door, when the guy came he said it would be a 2-3 hour job abd ended up costing me £35 extra on top of the money i already paid.
I wasnt happy bunny. Groupon customer service said there was nothing they can do as i already redeemed the voucher. So they credited me with £6 instead.

I do belive groupon has good intentions but some of the companies they are dealing with are cowboys. I guess they are still learning which companies are good and which are not.
Also if you want to make contact don't email as they have a huge back log, call them direct.
