I recently purchased the Lola Ankle Wrap Flats. These shoes arrived clearly already used with scuffed soles and nicked suede. I requested to return the shoes and was told by Roy Chang that my only option was to pay shipping costs for return or make an exchange. Shipping cost for the return is around $25! And I am hesitant to exchange as quality is terrible. The soles are hard and inflexible, and the ribbon is far too wide and long to tie into a cute bow. Money wasted and terrible customer service!
I had an issue with a product that I was sent by the company, so I wrote to them about it. I received a prompt and helpful reply, and my issue was resolved much quicker than I expected. Definitely recommend!
