After numerous attempts to contact them, they have not replied. When I get hold of them after an hour on the phone they just say might be lost and we will post next day delivery. They never do and keep repeating that. Terrible customer service. I ordered on the 10th April and still nothing. Tracking number doesn't even work

Been weeks still haven't received my order they won't answer emails and won't give a refund. Proper $#*! don't buy

I ordered a wireless portable speaker as a gift. I paid extra for 1/2 day delivery. That was on 7th July 2022. To date, nothing has arrived. Several days after I placed the order, I was issued tracking details that don't even exist. I've emailed the company, emails bounce back, I call them, no one answers the phone. Royal Mail say contact the company. The Headphone Warehouse company never respond. Today I've been in touch with my back and raised a dispute. All time, effort and stress. Save yourself all of this, just avoid this company and buy else where.

I ordered some airpods as a little extra birthday gift for my daughter. They did not arrive and it's been well over a week.
They ignore all correspondence and now I've had to take it up with my bank for a refund. If I could leave no stars I would.!

AVOID! Ordered some airpods £40 ones, ordered on the website and my order has not even gone through but the payment has been taken out of my account item still showing in the cart but i cant even get hold of them sent several emails and rang them no answer or reply, seems like a scam avoid at alls costs

I thought I'd found a bargain, made the order and then checked out the reviews here. Wrong way around I know! But the headphones arrived in excellent condition a little later than promised. However, I felt duty bound to give an honest review. Their post sale engagement could be better though, with minimal tracking details, ways to contact them post sale and general customer service that you'd expect from one of the bigger players. However, they were cost effective and sent over a good quality product hence the four stars

Th earbud headphones that I fully paid for were never received. They claimed that a courier had tried to deliver them and they would call back to give me an update, that was in June. Just thieves.

I ordered AirPods 5days ago with 48hr Royal Mail tracking but I haven't had any confirmation or even tracking number to see where my parcel is. And also when you call the company they don't even pick up. Sent numerous emails no response. This company is a scam! Do not buy from them! We need to report such companies so someone else doesn't get scammed aswell. Just to let them know I'll make sure it's either I get my AirPods or my money or else! I wish I could give no stars

Bought 'apple airpods' from them and a month later 1 airpod broke, they offer a years warranty and iv emailed them twice and called them and they haven't replied, I took them to a repair shop which told me they were fake to which i didn't believe as they look like a legit website and they were well packaged with all the correct leaflets etc. I then took them to apple who showed me how they were fake, I have still not received a reply from them after almost 6 months.

Same issue as everyone else. Not received, emails bounce back, phone number not available. Initial contact made and I was told I would receive a small gift as an apology Would have been nice just to receive what I ordered and paid for, let alone a gift, neither of which turned up! I was lucky to get a refund from my bank when reported as fraud.

I bought these 4 days ago expecting them to be here in 1/2 days still nothing is here. If i payed for the day after or next day i expect that, now i'm seeing that the products are fake? I don't know who to trust anymore!

I purchased 2 sets of bose in-ear headphones from what seemed like a legitimate store (http://www.store-audio.co.uk/) having a sale as presents (at that time they were 39.99 including postage and packaging - a bargain for headphones that usually cost 69.00 from the official website excluding postage and packaging). The website said only 4 were in stock and the sale was for a limited time only, so I quickly bought two (I have now learned that it ALWAYS says only 4 in stock and it is ALWAYS on "sale" although the current price has acually INCREASED to 44.99!). The headphones arrived in sealed official looking packaging. Upon opening them, I soon was very suspicious of its quality. Upon further inspection and comparison with a pair of genuine bose headphones I own, it was painfully clear that the headphones were fake and the quality of sound was nowhere near the originals. There are absolutely no reviews of this particular website online, but I then realised that 1- I cannot find this website through searching on google, but 2- I came across it via headphone-outlet.com (which is now http://headphone-warehouse.co.uk) which has a link sending me to this "audio store". Headphone-outlet has plenty of terrible reviews of similar experiences online, but the owners of this "business" seem to try to get around reviews by changing the opening site address and leading it to a different website (audio store). I hope this review prevents anyone from purchasing anything from this website!

I have since complained and actually surprisingly received a full refund as I threatened to report them to alertpay, the site that payment is done through. I have a feeling this was done to quiet me and not report the website as clearly their headphone-outlet one resulted in their previous paypal account being shut down. Since I have received a refund, I cannot complain to alertpay. They claimed that they were unaware that the headphones were fake and sent out return labels for me to send them product back (which they have not, and I can only assume is because they knew they were fake). Not everyone else will be lucky enough to have a pair of genuine headphones to compare their (very convincing) fakes to, so I just want to warn everyone! This website is run by the SAME PEOPLE that run headphone-outlet, and they are clearly trying to run for as long as they can under a different name!

I bought a £90 Marshall speaker from this company and they have failed to sent it to me. I keep phoning to get a refund and they either don't answer or tell me they'll send a new one out in the next couple of days…. They never do. STAY AWAY
