I used Expedia to book a hotel in Vancouver. It was in the middle of drug users and the view out the window was a make shift drug den of tents. It was a terrible location. The rental company(Heart Homes Properties) also told us when we arrived not to relay that we were in a rental since there were only home owners in the building. Say were are visiting a friend. The room did not have air conditioning and the fans would not work since the electric outlets were broken. I told several people my husband has ASTHMA but no one seems to care about that. We could not stay and still could not get reimburse for the 1 night charge. They only wanted the $. Finally after several emails on the phone for 30 minutes, Expedia did reimburse. I will not use Heart Homes Properties again and suggest you look else where too.
