Paid for a weight bench... it never came. Emailed customer service, they blamed the post office. The phone number listed on their site is out of order! There's no way to reach them. Do not order from them.

On 5/6/2020 when I got the conformation email it said order placed 7/5/2020. 5/30/2020 the tracking info said it was delivered. I got 3 face mask, no power tower dip station! Still waiting for a refund as of 7/20/2020. Very slow to get back to my emails when they do. Contact info is all over the place. Connecticut, Nebraska and Long Island NY. Stay away... far far away.

This is a nothing but a scam by DongMei Li (likely a fake name). They first ignore any message. If you file a claim via paypal/credit card, they'd attach tracking number (weeks after the purchase), you'd then get some worthless junnk

Ordered squat racks and received 2 masks. Wrote to them and they finally relied did we send the wrong item. Long story short they said they's resend it. Nothing arrived. Anything coming from China I'd pass on

Herugo seems to offer cheap prices but they don't deliver what they promise. I ordered a power rack with weights they sent me a tiny envelope with a tracking number so that it appeared as if they shipped the item. When the wrong item arrived, I wrote them that I did not receive the item I ordered. Herugo admitted that they did shipped the wrong item and initially agreed to issue a refund. But they lured and didn't issue a refund. They then refused to issue the refund, Now I wasted my money on a plastic envelope when I thought I was ordering a weight lifting set.

Yep! We ordered a 300 lb weight set and they sent 2 masks in a envelope. Filed a complaint with PayPal and 6 months later received a partial refund. This is a scam and no one does anything about it!

I ordered weights for $60 and they sent me 3 facemasks. I messaged them and send photos and I also filed a claim on paypal. Still waiting for a response.

I would like my money back. I waited since March. Never got anything. They said they sent something and I never got. They told me they sent me the wrong thing. Then they gave me a tracking number and the post office it wasn't theirs. I have tried to contact but no response.

I paid for my order in May and still have not received it and it's almost August. They have not even offered to refund. STAY AWAY!

Substandard quality... no cotton as indicated... just the cheapest thinnest polyester i have ever seen... not DRESSES as advertised and hardly worth calling nightgowns although that's what they resembled... no refunds and 1 full month delivery wait!... NEVER NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered 4 items from them. They were of horrible quality! I requested to return them because of very poor fabric. They stated they could not accept return, as material was stated in description and not their fault I didn't read it. I have never seen such crappy fabric! I would never buy anything else from this company.

I received 4 items of clothing. They were crooked and fraying not as pictured. I've requested their address 5 times and they will not provide it to me to return the items. They tell me to keep items and they will give me 20% off next order, ignoring my request to return it for a refund. If you order from the China website you are not going to get the 100% satisfaction guarantee.

I ordered 3 dresses and it took 7 weeks to arrive... these things come from a warehouse in CHINA. The dresses were pathetic... and returning them would cost more than all the dresses together... over $60.00! This company is BULL$#*!. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. One of the dresses didn't even have a size label in it... go figure?
