“Nice inexpensive yarn”

I've placed several orders with Hobbii, as long as you shop during deals (there is always a sale going on on many products) you can get yarn and supplies fairly cheaply. I've like most of the yarns I've received, a couple have been itchy, but I've got sensitive skin so that's not unusual for me. Shipping can take awhile, but the orders are sent out quickly, they just get hung up in customs sometimes, once they make it to the US they are back on track. I haven't had to deal with customer service yet so I can't comment on that.

It took almost two months to get my order, half the products were missing, my card was charged for the whole order and I can't get in touch with customer service. Meanwhile, they are promoting out their products on social- now that I'm reading the comments, I'm not alone. They also are sending misleading and predatory emails constantly, saying they are going out of business or closing the shop.
