Homelabs

I have gone through three HomeLabs 22 pint dehumidifiers over the past year. I had the first one for only a month before I noticed it was running frequently but hardly collecting any water. After I reported this to Customer service, they said it was a known issue and shipped me a replacement about two weeks later. If this is a known issue, then clearly they have a quality problem and should stop selling this model! I followed all maintenance instructions and my home is less than 1000 SF but the replacement unit lasted about seven months until it had the SAME ISSUE. My advice is to NOT buy a dehumidifier from homeLabs unless you want to waste time troubleshooting their products and then dealing with multiple replacements and disposing of defective units. The company claims to extend their warranty for a year if customers agree to join a "club" which REQUIRES that you share your information with 3rd parties, so you will constantly get advertisements from a number of companies in the form of texts, calls, and emails.
