“I love this company!”

First: I was concerned about the review about a smashed packaged entitled "got scammed" so I called the company. I wanted to order from them but had to be cautious because I was using other people's money to place the order for our home school co-op school. They explained the entire situation and proved it. They sent me copies of all their emails with the post office and the customer(with the last name & address blacked out) - I think maybe this customer did the review before the issue was finalized. A few things I question: How did the post office know the package wasn't packed right? How many of us have gotten packages from the post office completely trashed? (raising my hand and waving it) How would a company stay in business not taking care of their customer issues? I saw immediate (within minutes) responses to the customer's emails. I have copies of emails where the customer acknowledged receiving replacement products! I saw another email where the customer sent them a HUGE THANK YOU! For fixing the problem. I saw copies of the shipping insurance documents (not through the post office but through a 3rd party shipping co.) I saw it all, even a copy of the insurance check! I then placed my order (a large order in the thousands) for a small homeschool support group co-op school. I received the order promptly, packaged well and in great shape. I did, however, request UPS shipping as their website recommends using them instead of the Postal Service. All in all, we have ordered from them numerous times! And NEVER had an issue! I (and our kids) LOVE this company! Thanks to Heather & Jill who answer the phones and Frank who has shared his years of home & school knowledge with me on several occasions. Scott

“Got Scammed!”

I ordered 9 items () from HomeschoolSupercenter.com during Christmas of 2016. I realize that shipping these many items during this time of year problems may happen but when I received one (1) box, which was totally smashed up and retaped, filled with only the Math (Algebra I and it's student/teacher items along with air - filled filler) I was upset. There was a note from the post office stating that it was damaged during handling and that I was to go to my local post office to have them recover the items that were missing. I did this on two (2) occasions. Both times I was told that this company does not insure their shipments and there is nothing I can do, the items "probably flew off the conveyer belt in Georgia" and to call Homeschool Super Center which I did on many occasions. I even faxed them the itemized list of items I ordered and stated that I would send a pic of what the box looks like with the items in it. I also faxed the letter from the U.S. post office. After many calls, I have never heard back from them nor received the missing items, and since I can't wait forever I had to find a different curriculum. They obviously refuse to give me a refund or help me with this problem. I spoke to Joe, Heather, and Jill. I called *******626 and faxed everything to *******282. The post office states the shipment is not insured and the box was not packaged properly and there was nothing they could do for me. Homeschool SuperCenter states - well they haven't said anything. I'm left with an Algebra book after ordering almost a complete curriculum from them which is "sitting somewhere in Georgia"

Just like the last review we too had problems with the website and company that has the warning all over their website.
We had ordered almost 1,000.00 worth of materials that never arrived. We couldn't get help, nothing. Our credit card was finally credited after complaining to Visa and I got to wondering.
We finally ordered from homeschool supercenter and have been with them now for 2 years getting ready to order our 3rd year.
I don't believe the stuff on that other stockroom site bucause our experience has been excellent. They shipped it fast and theyre always helpful people on the telephone.

After a terrible experience with a different website, I was extremely concerned about using another one, but I needed to get my sons school supplies, and I had no local options. I bit the bullet and found this business to be everything the other was not. They were pleasant to deal with on the phone, and they shipped my order quickly and accurately. Upgrading part of the package for one son who is advanced in math and science was not a problem at all, and though the entire order did not ship at once, most of it was, and the rest came in shortly thereafter.

All in all, a very welcome change from the prior company, and a company I have gone back to since.
