I ordered an item, was told it was in stock and would ship soon. After a few weeks, I still had not gotten the item. I contacted the business, and was told the item was on back order and it might be 3 months before item was in stock. I waited a few more weeks, and started doing some research and found other customer complaints about this seller. I asked for a refund. They said sure but it would take a while to process. I contacted my credit card to dispute the charges and the BBB. Hopefully, I will get my money back soon.

Please don't order anything from this website.

Ordered 3 pair of pants. 5 days later get an email that says nothing but order cancelled. Dont waste your time.

I placed an order and about 4 hours later they canceled the order but still have the item on the website with a large price increase. I think some guys runs this site out of his garage. Do not recommend this site at all.

I bought 2 of these and very very disappointed. They hardly heat up at all and would never be any good to keep a cup of tea or coffee warm.
Would NOT recommend to anyone to purchase.
Threw them in the bin...
Total waste of money.!
