“2 months and nothing”

I have made several attempts at trying to get access to my secured funds however the answer seems to remain tge same. Covid apparently caused the lack of competentcy within home not trustworthys management. Im sorry but I am tired of covid being the excuse for having to wait for my card. Maybe they need to address their ability to run a business before taking funds for months on end. I do not like where this relationship is headed and so far will not recommend anyone to deal with this hassle.

I don't know where to start I have never ever seen such disgusting behaviour from the agent "handling our mortgage" all the way to her management division" at home trust mortgages me and my mother were doing a mortgage refinance with Karen pankratz which she displayed unprofessionalism, and inappropriate misconduct with handling our mortgage from purposely not contacting us through phone and when we requested she refused and ignored repeatedly and kept on communicating through email limited. Pictures attached. After having a hard time with the application portal online which we told her about and after 3 emails from us she tells us there not interested in refinancing our property do to the fact it's near train tracks which is government owned and home trust is federally regulated which I don't understand or she's using it as an excuse and it shows the fact that she didn't even want to do our mortgage refinance and we live in Edmonton Alberta a major city. We haven't finished the application. We never spoke. And after 3 emails from us she collapses our application and told us not interested. If that's not employment misconduct I don't know what is. So I asked her through email to give me her supervisors name and number or have him contact me. She refused and replied with there's nothing further to discuss where not interested in refinancing our property. That's not the question I asked. I asked again please provide supervisor contact information, she didn't reply ignored us completely. I then had to contact home trust myself and do the whole run around just to get to her supervisor Dave tett. He wasn't as bad cause he either was told the problem I was having was completely different then what is was or he was trying to cover it up and turn it to something different because when he got back to me, he tried to push the problem towards why the refinance was turned down and the reasoning and after multiple multiple times trying to let him know the real situation is Karen p's misconduct, improper mortgages handling and unprofessional actions it had nothing to do with the refinance because it had already been done somewhere else. I wouldn't want to do business with them ever at this point. So he said he will let his supervisor know and have her contact me. She did, her name is cristie smith director of inside sales. And what do you expect she's a lier, deceiving, bully another cover up by turning the situation to something else and manipulating me by apologizing on "Karen's behalf for the way they notify clients of turned down application. And that this is cristie's and her manager's fault and that they have updated their policy on how they turn down application."WOW I just made a billion dollar company change and update their policy. You're welcome lol you believe this garbage. Forgetting Cristie's naïve manipulation for a sec I replied to her with thanks for your apology but that's not the reason i should be getting an apology and not from you it should be done by Karen for what she did to me and my mother. We talked on the phone and I told her again, so Cristie's either lieing to me or playing dumb or the person underneath her Dave or Karen which my money is on Karen hide the real issue or twisted it in her own way to Cristie and said she wasn't aware of some of the things Karen did. (Funny cause that seems to be everyone's answer going up the ladder. Suspicious.) And I told her I got all the emails between me and Karen, then she said send them to her. I did, and she hasn't replied to me for a bit. So I emailed her back to see where we're at cause I haven't heard back from her for a bit or to provide me with her supervisors name to deal with cause at this point it was getting ridiculous. She finally gets back to me and says she will get back to me tomorrow and provided me her managers, name and number but basically she wanted me to wait so she can get back to me. So I thought I'll wait for her to get back to me cause it seemed she wanted me too. But she never did. Now I know why she wanted time to go to her manager so they can try to get their story straight and cover this up and again games and manipulation and disgusting behaviour from cristie cause I told her if she's not gonna resolve it I'll speak to her supervisor/manager but she recommended me to wait for her and all of a sudden her boss calls me out of the bloom huh funny. Her boss Pierre Martin vice president of mortgage lending calls me up [which I have recorded] and i swear I have never meet a piece of $#*! like him before I'm sorry excuse my language but this dude was the biggest slimest scumbag and douchbag human being I have ever meet no joke. So he calls me out of the blue in a very condescending voice and tries to play stupid and pretends not to know anything at first but that fails in the middle of the conversation but at first he asked me what's going on "dude you called me" I have never spoken or contacted him before him calling me so obviously you know what's going on. And I knew right and there this wasn't gonna go well. But anyway I told him again what happened "which would be the 6th time I'm telling someone at this company" from the way he was speaking and the tone he basically didn't give a $#*!, he says he's employees didn't do anything wrong and we keep going back and fourth cause I'm telling him multiple times that's not true, to a point we're it got heated. And I wasn't gonna give in. Kept saying cristie already apologized so take and leave it, this and that type of thing. I told him that was an inappropriate apology and I would like an apology from Karen herself for what she did. He said you're not gonna get it. When I told him that I ask Karen multiple times for supervisors, name and number and she refused. He admitted she shouldn't have done that. But still wasn't going to make it right. Proving Karen did wrong after again heated argument I hanged up. Called back again cause I wasn't going let this go and I'm taking it up the chain. I told him I'd like to speak to his supervisor, and if he can hand me his information he wouldn't again back and fourth he then wanted me to take it up with there complaint department which I didn't want to do due to the fact that they have been trying to ignore and cover up my complaint all the way up management and the complaint department will just be another cover-up. I'd like to speak to the person in charge directly that way I know that there's a chance the situation gets rectified not just covering it up and shelf it and ignored. So I told him no and again please send me your supervisors information he repeatedly ignored and hanged up on me. I told him that I will be doing this statement and sending it to everyone at Home trust and the Mortgage commission of Ontario as well as all other agencies for mortgage complaints and every public website for home trust mortgage reviews. Which I told Pierre Martin he didn't give a $#*! and told me to go ahead. Home trust I'm sorry but that piece of $#*! I wouldn't hire at my company and I will be sending this statement every week to all parties until the supervisor of Pierre Martin contacts me and I receive an apology from Karen I will not except this behaviour at all. I applied for a card the end of January. I haven't heard anything from them yet and it is the end of April. I called in 5 times. Twice I waited on hold for over 20 min and was cut off, three times I got through after 30 min and got the runaround from the same guy! I think they may only have one guy answering the phone. Horrible service

Applied for card, received email 3-4 weeks wait, 6 weeks later nothing. Been on hold for 45 min, useless. Says all lines busy, then hire more fricken people, cheap pri*ks. Will not do any business with this soon to be bankrupt again business if they continue with the totally shabby service
