Also ordered the predator helmet and received a junk $5 bicycle helmet. Ad was on Facebook, so I figured they had been verified. Learned my lesson the hard way and found these reviews too late. Don't order anything from this place, non working phone number and email address that doesn't reply. Would LOVE to catch this outfit. Have scammed too many people. First pic is what I received, second is what they advertised.

I should have looked for reviews of Hopebeautiful.com before buying from them. I asked for a Predator Motorcycle Helmet and I received after a month a $2.00 USD helmet, that can be used only to prevent a door from closing.

I have called to their number in Hong Kong several times without any success at all. It is only an answer machine in Chinese.

We should ask Facebook to block their advertisement.

Compré 2 escudos para 2 niños diferentes. Y cuando me llegó eran los dos iguales, les he reclamado 5 veces intentando escribir hasta en inglés. Poniendoles la orden de pedido con las fotos que yo había elegido y pagado. Les he preguntado como descambiarlo y ni me han contestado. Yo no he comprado eso. So I order a predator motorcycle helmet. I get an email a week later saying it's been shipped. But it had no link or receipt for the helmet. A month later I get a garbage bicycle helmet with a face sheild. And it wasnt even the right size for Gods sake. Oh not to mention a few days ago I coincidentally got my debit card information compromised and there was $200 plus in tick and flea care sent to two separate addresses in Florida and Alabama. I beleive this company is clearly a scam. I've never had my info compromised until shortly after I buy off this website

What a scum bag company. The reviews will be read and they will be laughing behind their hands. Enjoy the money, Karma will get you all. Trading Standards UK have been informed as have the International Trading Standards USA. The only good thing about the (er... Predator Helmet) is that the laughable helmet that was sent will be used by my cousin for his BMX... possibly on this occasion, I have had the last laugh Thank you so much.

Order a motorcycle helmet and get a bicycle one instead? Then they say I have to send the item back for a refund AT MY EXPENSE.

They have an address in London so perhaps a visit there and some calls to friends in Hong Kong where their phone number is based can get some decent service.

Facebook should also be held accountable for these fraudsters.

They sent me the wrong helmet and tried to play it off like the helmet I got was o great one. Who wants the wrong item when they order something!? Let me answer for everyone. NO ONE! Unless the other item is dipped in gold. Most people would not return something of much higher value. I would. Hopebeautiful is a terrible business!

Fell victim to the Predator helmet bull$#*! myself, received a garbage bicycle helmet instead. They did respond telling me it was not a product issue as they sent me what was advertised? I guess that means it was my fault? Then told me I could pay the shipping to send it back for a refund (shipping costs more than the piece of cap helmet. So pissed, but it did seem too good to be true so I guess I should have been more careful.

Order masks from them and they were not what I order said they would refund me when I mail back there crap and now that I have spent more money to mail them back they won't refund my money. They are low life people that work for a really crappy company. They are not better then the people who robbed store. They should be punished just like a robber would be if they robbed a bank of gas station.

I've been tossing emails back and forth for over a month without resolution. I ordered Predator MOTORCYCLE helmets and received junky bicycle helmets with a motorcycle visor. They expect me to ship it back to them at my cost, ya right. Over $200 USD. I don't think so. They insist that they sent us what was advertised. I've included pictures to compare what I got to what I ordered. They just don't get it. I filed a claim with my bank and I'll let them deal with this sorry excuse of a business.

I finally fell victim to the "If it's too good to be true, then it probably is." I too saw the ad for the "Captain America 75th Anniversary shield" $349.89 marked down to $39.99. Received the "shield" today. It is not even remotely the same item. Arrived in a plain brown box, missing paint, cheap "leather" straps... no where near what it pictured. At the same time I ordered the "Metal Mjolnir Thor Solid Adult Hammer Collectible 1:1 Replica" which claims is great for cosplay. It was indeed a solid hammer made of metal, but the damn thing was more a paperweight than it was an "Adult" 1:1 replica. Items came from China, no response to any of my queries. Address on website says London, UK... but I highly doubt it. $80.00 down the drain.

Where do I start! Totally 2 Different thing I've ordered a Spider-Man theme motorcycle helmet & the basically sent me a a black construction hard hat with a removable plastic face protection cover! Been sender email back & forth & they just been telling me they make low profit margins & just trying to make a living to feed their family. I get that if it was the case but def not here, they are clearly sending out a different & cheaper product than listing on their web site & on FB. They are 100% scamming yellow $#*!s & report these yellow bastards to your credit card company, FB & trading standard to get your money back.

They advertised a Captain America 75th Anniversary shield and was shipped a dinky trash can lid. The pain job is horrible and the leather is fake. Will never buy from this company again.

My suggestion for everyone is to stay away from this company as they are a scam! My only hope is that they rot in HELL for all the people it looks like they scammed!

I loved the picture of this helmets. But when I got them they were cheap pedal bike helmets. Walmart sells better helmets. I asked for a refund. They told me to send them back so I did. I never got my refund and now I don't even have crappy helmets to show for my money. It's just a waste of time.
