It owns several bakeries in the United States that produce snack cakes under the Hostess and Dolly Madison brand names.th Twinkies, Cupcakes, Ding Dongs and other classic treats, Hostess has been baking OMGs before OMG was even a thing.
False advertising. Check out the packaging vs the real product. You cant taste the carmel and the cake is very dry
OK, I know Hostess is a big company but the response was a welcome surprise. I had a box of Twinkies that tasted funny, really they did. I ate 2 of them and just could not eat nay more and the expiration date was still good. So I called and had the box with the numbers they needed. The person that answered the phone was pleasant and willing to listen to me. She cared and wanted to know all that I thought - and for a big company that was nice to hear from her and Hostess. They wanted to send me a gift certificate to replace the box of bad Twinkies and to may surprise they sent me 2 certificates for any Hostess product.
To have a BIG COMPANY stand behind their product with telephone staff that are willing to listen and help and care, well they are doing this part of customer service right!
For the person it's really sad that hostess shrunk their ding dong the ho hos and their twinkies and they also Rose the price that is ridiculous the other thing they've done in the past years and they change the ingredients they are nothing like they used to be they're not even as moist as they used to be they taste more artificial than ever before hostess ruined the ding dongs the Twinkies and the cupcakes what a shame I almost gave them a one star it is sad the junk that they now put in their ingredients anything to say a buck but yet makes it worse for our health

Hi my name is Jason stremme and I was injoy a cake on my birthday and I ended up with a month full of this I think it's what's left of a mouse and I have been really sick since then so being i can't get a response from anyone I guess I will have to get my attorney involved to make this right
