Loved it! We will be back again! They had a ton of great Hungarian and other European items. We had them ship some sausages and salamis to our family and they really loved the items.
CHECK YOUR RECEIPT. We were charged for items we didn't purchase. Overcharged almost $30 dollars. Didn't catch it right away because everything is super expensive. Avoid at all costs. Never know when they will be open. Voicemail always full. Unprofessional. Wish there were 0 stars.

WOW... we were amazed at how fast we go our order! We ordered on Tuesday and received it the next day. The Kolbasz (Csabai) was exactly like our grandfather used to make. Also, the Hungarian desserts were delicious. It reminded us of our trip to Hungary that we made a couple years ago. We found many of the items we loved as kids on their online web page and the next time we are in Los Angeles we look forward to vising their store in Burbank. We are super happy! Thank you. You guys rock!

You can't order online, but you can e-mail, fax or call them with an order. Also, I hear the store is pretty cool.

Amazing wonderful experience! Each time we order from Otto's and HungarianDeli.com we have received high quality foods and great service! We love Otto's! Our family has been ordering from them for over 8 years. We wish we were closer to their store, but happy that we get our products in a 2 or 3 days. They have been super nice and always provided us with great products and gifts. Highly recommended!
Bought poppy seed grinder deluxe-all metal-5yr warranty-price $67.50 dated 4/14/2010.
It was opened to use first time in Nov and the seeds just fell thru and did not grind. I returned to ******* Progress Dr., Strongsville, Ohio where this product was shipped from thru Otto's. Several conversatio wtih Christine we returned product and was told to contact Tom@ hungariandeli-Otto's. Was told we did not return product in 90 day so no refund. As of today May 1,2011 can't get any results from Tom or anyone-help
