Ordered a new 95% revolv furnace for my manufactured home, it arrived on time and it seems to be a decent unit. The problem with it is that the inducer is noisy as hell, I tried to contact them on their website and also by phone with no results. I left a message but never heard a word from them, guess their warranty is a bunch of crap so Iwouldn't buy from them again due to the fact that I will have to buy a new one out of my own pocket. Buyer beware!

The Good. Friendly staff, Helpful, answered all my questions...

No so good... Never heard from anyone on the status of the order and I had to call twice. On my second call i found out the parts were one day out from arriving at my office.

Bad... On the order I had a two head unit with the long run line to be 35' (according to the order). After installing the lines for the long run they were both short, I checked the shipping tag (see photo) and it showed the lines were only 30", so I had to splice the line to make the run fit.

The company offers 110% price matching then I kept getting the run around on getting the purchase price correct. Once we settled that we moved to the mounting brackets that were supposed to fit the 2 units I ordered. The cheaply made boxes were destroyed during shipping and the hardware was missing. They promptly sent another set inside a second stronger box which made a huge difference! The mounting holes in these brackets don't line up with either of the units so I had to drill new ones for the rear bolts. I am still working on the extended warranty Bailey and Denise are doing their best to help me with that issue and hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Outside unit was delivered with fins caused in. They told me I was outside of their 3 day window to report problem. Offered me 50.00 to go away. The a tech support guy called me who was a complete jackass redneck who tried to tell me this was all my problem with the damage. Buyer beware!

I ordered a scratch and dent outdoor a/c unit. It looks brand new with just a little scuff. It came precharged with 6 lbs. of freon. Pretty good deal.

Low prices and free shipping is why I bought from here. Shipment was missing an item when it arrived and I'm still waiting on the replacement part. They aren't very good at sending shipping information to your email. You have to look it all up yourself. I'd buy from them again if I wasn't in a hurry to get what I ordered.

I had to order the AE14-1625-51 (120 V version) from another website, because it could not be found on your site.

It took 2 business days from the time I placed my order till it hot my door. I haven't installed the unit yet, but the quality looks amazing. It's the ACiQ 4 ton ducted split, going in my 40x50 hobby shop. Should make working on the projects much more enjoyable!

First time buying an HVAC package unit and the experience was easy and great. Fast shipping and affordable price.

Working with customer support for a replacement. I've had a HVAC tech out 3 times trying to get it fixed. Was informed labor wasn't covered. Should find out today in the replacement unit and will go to bat to get my service fees reimbursed as the unit has never blown cold air.

Everything came in good condition due to the packaging being done so well. The delivery driver was surprisingly very nice and even helped me load the new system into my work truck without me having to ask. The only problem I had is that the website said 2 to 3 days for delivery but it ended up taking about a week and a half to show up. Overall everything was good because of the service I received through the company was awsome.

The part worked perfectly and I now have heat in my garage.

Very helpful site and good prices. Only complaint is I could not figure out how to get rid of customer service window that kept popping up.
