They are nice people, before you buy... but their shop must be infested with bugs, because whenever I get growing media from them, and start my planting, shortly afterwards I start getting flying bugs, and / or spider mites.
I never had them when I used General Hydroponics coco (shredded coconut) to grow with, but had them when I started to use their soil-based media.
They took it from their basement, and that may be where the bugs are entering the packages of soil.
They never got back to me, when I complained, and just ignored my entire issue.
I've spent nearly $1000 at this place, over the years. You'd think I'd at least get a call-back or eMail returned about this.
I've also never had these bugs when purchasing from other hydroponics stores, or large retail garden centers... just THIS place.!
No more for me at 'Indoor Outdoor Gardener'... THAT'S for sure.!
