I've been trying to get a hold of the company through email. Nobody responds. My sneakers are too big. I have no way of sending them back. They say they guarantee them but they don't leave a phone number. I will never buy from them again. Linda Rodriguez
I bought 4 pair of black hypersoft sneakers. Was enjoying the first pair for 3 months, when I noticed the sole was ripping into pieces. ( I had worn the sneakers about 3 hours per day (retired) and worn mostly in the yard.). I took pics of the damaged soles, that they requested. I contacted the company and the best they would do is give a small percent off of the one pair. They would not allow me to return the remaining unused three pairs, as their rule is returns only allowed in the first two weeks. Catch -22, damage doesn't show up that soon. I ask for a supervisor, but they refused to refund or return the defective sneakers. Paid over $100 for 4 defective pairs of sneakers from Hypersoft, China

We are sorry to hear that one pair your Hypersoft Sneakers has worn out after only a few months of use, and when you tried to return the rest of the pairs, your request wasn’t approved.
As a general rule, indeed, we only allow exchanges and returns if a customer contacts us within 14 days of receiving their order. We have indicated this publicly on the “Our return policy” section of our website.
Customer satisfaction is important to us, which is why we allow customers to ask for replacement or refund in a certain amount of time. However, we hope you understand that each company has policies in place that help protect their business and keep it running.

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes. 1 pair for myself and 1 pair for my daughter. Mine were to large and my daughter could not wear them because she has bunions on both feet. Their ad on their shoes says that they are "Bunion Correctors". She COULD NOT wear them.Women Super Soft Breathable Orthopedic Bunion Corrector Sneaker Walking Shoes
I returned both pairs of shoes and they refunded for 1 pair on February 28th. I sent them 3 emails regarding the second refund. Just today they say that after investigation, they cannot refund because they have been worn! I paid for shipping to return both pairs. If they were worn, I would not have returned them. I would have given them to a friend or our local Mission. They claim the shoes are regularly $267. I paid $74.95 (70% off) and they now have many different sites that price them differently. One today is $39.95 (see attached). The shoes were comfortably but I have a narrow foot and my heel slips. The shoes tend to run large. I am out $75 plus my shipping. Tip for consumers:
Research the company and then check different sites. They are all different prices. I paid $74.95 for each pair. They are now $39.95 for the exact same shoe. When I purchased my it was an ad that said save 70%. Beware!

We understand that you ordered two Hypersoft Sneakers - one for you, and one for your daughter. After receiving the product, you found that they do not fit both you and your daughter quite comfortably because you have a narrow foot, and your daughter has bunions - and when you returned both products back to us, you were refunded for only one pair. Additionally, you were informed that the other pair was already used so you will not be refunded for them.
While we are happy to say that our shoes can make walking less painful and more comfortable in some individuals who suffer from mild bunions, please bear in mind that the shoes were not designed specifically for people dealing with this ailment. Thus, we cannot guarantee that the shoes are a perfect fit for everyone who has this condition.
However, if you're dealing with a mild bunion, our sneakers may be what you need. They come with an adaptable toe box that moves along with your motion and a top made from an elastic fabric that adjusts to your foot structure.
Regarding your concern about the pricing, we have checked the photo that you attached to this review, and we would like to confirm that that product listing is not ours. While we are aware that other companies are selling a similar product, we would like to clarify that Hypersoft Sneakers is our original brand, and we have an in-house Product Development team that develops our product and makes them our own.
