Please be sure to check out this so called company, Internet Business Specialist out of Salt Lake City, UT before saying yes to these people. They use super slick high powered, psychological sales techiniques and want you to answer personal financial credit questions like how much debt you have and how much credit you have on your credit cards (so they can figure out how much to charge you). They say you can make $1000-5000 a month putting in only 10-15 hours a week or more if you want to make more money. They say it is easy, anyone can do it. In my case I said yes just to get rid of the salesman and would cancel in the morning. When I cancelled, I was put on hold after I told the secretary I wanted to cancel the orientation director's appointment and the coach's appointment. The orientation director called anyway, and guess what? He managed to induce me to write an email to stay with the company and he gave me his personal cell phone number and office number and told me (he denies it) that if I wasn't satisfied he would make sure I would get my money back. Well now that I am trying to get my money back everyday since August 4th, he denies he said that and no one will return my phone calls or emails. Now that I check the internet there have been many complaints with the same story almost word for word. I have contacted the BBB of UT which they are not a member but have a C- point before my complaint. I also contacted many other agencies for help and am still in the process of fighting it to get my money back. I paid them $3685 and they only want to pay me $2000 back. I was lucky, most of the other people got ripped off for $8000-12,000. I am on Social Security and they knew I didn't make very much money but we are their prime targets. I also contacted my credit card company right away and they put my account on hold until they investigated but they said nothing was in writing that he said he would pay me so until I can get that they cant do anything. Right now I sent them a Demand Letter and I will take them to Small Claims Court to get my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
