This is the most good service i had ever got In the history of online shopping! The first i paid the wrong money, the customer service send me two coupons for their fault. While things coming, i set the wrong size, it doesn't fit me, they tell me where to buy this kind material to tailor it and always in a good attitude! I just want to say, thank you very very much, i will come next time!
A friend of mine bought a dress from here and seemed to be satisfied with the dress. I ordered. Went to check on the order through their chat and found out the dress was going to be shipped much later than I was given. When asked why I was told I needed to pay extra shipping cost. I refused. Tried again and this time was told the same thing except shipping cost doubled! I asked to cancel my order and they ignored me. I called my bank and the next thing i know the dress was at my door. Doesn't fit, threads everywhere. Extremely long. Wrong color and doesn't even look like what I ordered! Absolutely horrible! They refuse to work with me and will not let me return or give a refund. We had to go buy another dress! What I found out after the fact. This IS a Sweat Shop. These are not sold by the company. They take the pictures from other sites, sell them at least 1/2 off. They are hand made. This is why the dress WILL NOT be what you ordered! It's shipped in a water proof bag and is wrinkled. I wish I knew this before and blame myself for not researching. Instead I listened to a friend and didn't give it a second thought.

Thank you for the fast delivery. I placed my order last Tuesday and within a week I received my dress. The dress is nice and fits me perfectly except I have thin arms which I will have to make arrangement to alter the arms. Will upload a picture next month for the wedding
It is my first to this webside, the dress in here is so beautiful. The tailoring, sewing and lining are just perfect, and their customer service is so good and patient!

The dress in dark is so sexy! There is no color diference in this dress and the beads is also very beautiful, thanks a lot idreampromdress!
Typical Chinese wedding dress scam with plenty of fake pictures stolen from other sites. They also create many new IDs here to give themself glowing reviews.
