Imocarwash

First, let me tell you not all IMO carwash sites are this terrible. However, none are what I would consider to be "great."
I visited IMO in Plymouth whilst visiting friends. I purchased the £7.50 triple foam wash and paid an additional £3 to have the wheels "hand cleaned." While I didn't notice at first, they never touched the wheels. They only gave them a quick spray. After the wash, the so called "dryer" didn't remove very much water from the car. In fact, the car was covered with water spots when it did dry. Black car, white spots all over. The wheels are another story. You can see by the photo attached, they were hardly touched. When I returned and complained, I was told "You should have looked at the wheels before you left and told us." I'm not happy at all with the service in plymouth.
