Incontext Solutions partners with Survey Junkie and One Opinion for its Shopper MX Suurveys. It's a virtual shopping tour where people enter a supermarket and buy everyday grocery items, like dog food and juice. But the surveys often times freezes and takes 10-20 minutes to load. I've tried complaining about it but InContext Solutions hasn't taken any steps to fix these issues with its surveys.
