I N D I Jag

I have very mixed feelings about this site. There are so many more products I want to order from them but am hesitant to do so because of the service I received with my first order.

I ordered two shirts and am very satisfied with the quality. However, they sent me the wrong color in one of the shirts. I ordered fuchsia, but received a burgundy color (known on their website as Tri-cranberry). You can take a look at the pictures attached to this review and see the color selection on their website versus the actual color I received.

I contacted them to let them know, and they did get back to me in a couple days--but only to insist that they sent me the right color. I went back and forth with them through email a few times, even sending pictures of my shirt to show that I clearly did not receive fuchsia. I don't know if they're failing to look at the picture I sent or just have a very skewed perception of what fuchsia is supposed to look like. Whatever the issue is, I have given up hope of receiving the color I ordered.

It is very frustrating that they're not going to make this right despite the fact that I have proof of my claim. They may have nice products, but I can't bring myself to continue to order from a business after receiving such dissatisfying service.

UPDATE: I HAVE INCREASED THE RATING FROM TWO STARS TO THREE BECAUSE THE SELLER FINALLY OFFERED TO GIVE ME A REFUND FOR THE SHIRT. THEY STILL INSIST THEY SENT ME FUCHSIA (APPARENTLY THEIR VERSION OF FUCHSIA IS IDENTICAL TO BURGUNDY), BUT THEY ADMIT THAT THE COLOR I RECEIVED LOOKS DIFFERENT THAN WHAT IS PORTRAYED ON THEIR WEBSITE. I APPRECIATE THAT THEY ATTEMPTED TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT.
