They negotiate a refund that is actually your money as most times the shoes you get are worth less than what you spent They play on words and emotions... shoes come from CHINA... BE WARE... They ripped me off for 50 US dollars... they will rip off others... BAIT AND SWITCH as they make profit off costumer and costumer dont get kissed when screwed!
