Where to start? The coat I purchased was of such inferior quality - that I'm not sure you could call it clothing. Really! As I pulled it from the packaging, it literally fell apart. The fabric, so you unstable, it literally sheds threads and doesn't allow for the seams to hold, because the fabric literally disintegrates as one handles it.

When I complained, I was given the run around. ‘It will cost you to return it'. ‘ we don't except returns on worn or used clothing‘ -heck they just don't understand, one can barely pick the coat up let alone even try it on!

I have told him that I will not spend the money to return it, they should never have shipped out a piece of junk to start with. Despite sending numerous pictures illustrating the problem, they are balking at the item even being returned!

All I can say is, be warned!

I should add that I had bought several items that I paid for in January. With no warning about delays or low stock, only the first two items were shipped. I have only now in mid March received A notification letting me know that the rest of the order has only just shipped. What kind of reputable company does this with no communication or explanation!
