I was tricked into hiring this company for a home inspection, the owner, Michael Simmons conned me out of $225, by stating that he is certified, and that he's thorough in his home inspections, by inspecting the home for no less than 3 hours to 5 hours. This is FALSE. Michael knew it was false before he said it, he's a dishonest person, who use misleading statements and false advertising to bait customers to use his home inspection company, knowing that the consumer will never get what they pay him for.
