ABSOLUTE BAIT AND SWITCH. LOUSY INFORMATION, INCOMPLETE AND INACCURATE AND I HAVE USED MANY SITES IN THIS CATEGORY.The worst! Tries to bill recurrently though you have chosen one time purchase. You CANNOT reach them at all to cancel. You must have an Order number that you see quickly once but it never can be found again. You MUST have order number to contact them. I had to call FRAUD department of my credit card.

The website didn't find anything that I could find on another site after paying $4 and some change. I immediately sent an e-mail as instructed on the website to cancel. I never received any confirmation that my account was cancelled, and then I was charged the $29 without notice. This site is a scam, beware.

SAME AS OTHERS! Website is total scam. They say you get unlimited access for $4.95 but then they won't let you VIEW the report unless you pay another $29.95! VERY misleading.

I wish I would have read this before I gave them my credit card number. This is a total scam I did a search on someone I knew had a criminal record because I filed charges against them myself and they had many more charges for this to come up no record found. What a RIP OFF!

This website was absolute crap. I paid $5 for a 3 day trial. After browsing the site for 5 minutes, I realized that this site didn't have any information worth paying for (spokeo has the same info for free). Anyway, I cancelled no more than 10 minutes after paying for the trial. No one responded to my email cancellation until after 10pm on the 3rd day and when I woke up the next morning, they had billed me $30! I kept emailing them asking them what the hell is going on and no one responded to me!

If I could choose zero stars I would. Like everyone else, I paid $4.95 for the trial after which said I had to pay the $29.95 to upgrade to the "full version". After being suckered into upgrading, I found that paying the $29.95 still didnt give me any information. I know it didnt work because I did a search on myself and my bankruptcy didnt even come up. When I emailed them about it, they said that in their "terms" they state that none of the information (or lack of) is guaranteed to be available. Im so mad, I feel like I got completely ripped off and I cannot get anyone to respond to my emails, nor do they have an 800 number to call.
I am going to dispute the charges with my bank as this is total BS.

Bottom line: I wish I had read this site before signing up. DO NOT use this site.

This is a fraudulent site that will not return your money even if you do not use the site. There should be criminal action against this site.
I think there should be a class action against this firm.

Hey - I signed up for this service because during a Google search Intelligator stated that they had results. Well, lo and behold, after giving them my credit card information and completing my search on their website, it turns out that they had NO results! What a waste of money, and a scam, and a fraud. I immediately canceled and received an email confirmation in which I was told that I would not be charged. Lo and behold, not only was I charged $4.95, but I was later charged $29.95! I attempted to request a refund (as I had already canceled) and was first sent to a call center in India, and then to the ClkBank website. When I requested a refund there, I got a message that Intelligator offers "No Refunds". They are insane. I have reported them to my bank, the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General Office, and the FTC. I hope they face criminal charges for scamming innocent consumers! HEY INTELLIGATOR - GET A REAL JOB AND WORK FOR A LIVING INSTEAD OF STEALING PEOPLE'S MONEY. YOU ARE NO DIFFERENT THAN A BURGLAR OR ROBBER. YOU MAKE ME SICK!

The site leads you to think that you need to add one dollar to your basic service fee to get the information you need then charges $19.99/mo. Instead. I wasted a total of $55.00 and got no information at all. I tried to cancel and my e-mails came back. There is no phone number. I have no idea how to handle this.

They trick consumer and give them two false ideas
1) that they have given out their legitimate email address to use when you want to cancel
2) that you can pay $1 for four days, and as long as you cancel before the four days are up, the $19.95 per month rte will not go into effext

Few people would think to check the email address before signing up. It is bogus.
No way to cancel, so no way to pay only $1 for four days. They must get a lot of money for people before they can get this straightened out.
It is too late, once thjey have your ATM number or credit card number. By that time, it is a mess, and they don't provide the service they offered for the money, either.

This site is so easy to cancel! I'm baffled by the amount of people who claim it to be a scam and that cancelation is impossible. Just send your order number from ClickBank with a cancelation request to *******@inteligator.com. They cancel you within a couple of hours and ClickBank will email you a notice of cancelation.

Easy as pie. You know, if you take the time to actually read the website. Come on people. Don't be lazy and give the rest of us a bad name.
