I want to share my thoughts on this, because it is a website my broker told me is a good way to learn how to trade. The design feels a bit outdated, but it's functional. Navigating is easy enough but I would like to have a way of saving some lessons i want to revisit. Maybe a bookmark feature can be added? Enrolling was straightforward, and they offered a good number of payment options. Didn't face any issues.

Improvements are needed regarding the student zone namely the loading speed.
The UX is definitely top-notch especially when compared with rivals. It is very convenient that the materials can be downloaded (for example in one of the previous academies where I studied there was such an opportunity the format was limited and I could not transfer it to my tablet)

Additionally I appreciate that even after purchasing a course and not completing most of it upon restarting I discovered that the content had been updated - excellent! This morning the laptop where I registered my account bit the dust... Well, it won't turn on after a power glitch. It's a nightmare because now I can't access my account or even email! Thankfully my situation took a turn when one of the managers reached out to me to clarify the information. I was able to explain the whole situation to him. He asked me to confirm the details I provided during registration and after that my account was recovered. Right now I can only log in from my phone and I plan to take the computer for repairs tomorrow. Major props to the second manager who helped sort out the problem. Thanks a bunch buddy!
