I made mistake to have my order shipped to France but not realise that I will leave for my holiday before it arrives. I contacted International Checkout and they were able to get the items to me faster. It saved me and I will shop with them again.
You get sucked by seeing them pop up as an alternative means of payment only to realize when you've lost your money that they just want to middle men for a transaction you can easily sort out yourself. So where the shop you're buying from offers free shipping they will charge you for it and take it as theirs, this is on top of other fees they charge normally for their services. And they have a very poor customer service as they do not respond to enquiries, they deserve to be investigated or sued

Biggest scammers. Being charged 3 times the amount of what the product is actually worth for delivery from America to Australia.
I've purchased products from all over the world and never experienced this. Crooks!
You should use another company for international purchases, keep away from this brand, a lot of delays, 7 days later of my order they placed the order, then I lost several products that seemed to be out of stock because the bad work from international checkout. The customer supports is an eternal fight, they don't want to help anybody.
They are not very clear with their messaging around delivery time and the RUDEST with regards to customer service. I said that I would´ve never bought it had I known it would take 20 business days to arrive to me. When you call they blame you. I would NEVER EVER EVER recommend this service and i order internationally to the UAE constantly.
I have requested standard post, but you have sent it via DHL, it did arrive fast, but I was forced to pay VAT and Service charge to DHL for releasing the parcel from customs. It was an additional cost of over 50$ for me. This wouldn't have happened if you would send it standard post, I have received many goods with much higher value without paying additional charges.
Next time please follow the order, post is USP and not DHL.

I was very impressed with your service - it was very efficient and 'painless'. I was surprised to receive my order within such a short time to Singapore. It also came in good working order. Well done, I/Checkout. I would strongly recommend this service.
I ordered two IP phones through them from IP Phone warehouse. My credit card was charged immediately but after ten days there is still no news. I tried calling repeatedly but there is no answer. Messages left on the website or sent to support email were not returned. I contacted Scott at IP Phone Warehouse who answered the first couple of emails and said that International Checkout (IC) was a different company. When I asked him to identify my order he said that they have many from IC, which goes to show that they have selected IC as their international agent. I provided full details about my order but then Scott went silent. I am now forced to go through the process of cancelling the transaction, not getting a product and going elsewhere. It is incredible that such businesses are allowed to operate in Wisconsin and California. I would strongly recommend to go elsewhere and not transact with either company.

I made an order for my son's Christmas gift of something he asked for. These douchebags took my money and then a day later cancelled the order, stating they could not fulfill the order. I'm pretty sure that if they advertise something, they should have it or drop the listing.

I purchased what turned out to be an oversized item unaware. They have small print in T &Cs - it's not clearly shown at checkout - that the shipping amount may change but the checkout calculated the shipping, and i paid with this with my credit card. The shipping amount ended up being 5x that and in negotiating a lower amount - it turned out that ordering through international checkout doesn't place a hold on an order so 8 days later - it turned out the items i ordered were gone after all that!
It took 8 days because of their slow customer service. I called, tried chat (got through 2x out of 9 tries) and called and left a message 1x with no response. Emails were frequently misunderstood or not answered and chat was more helpful in moving the discussion forward. I would not use this company again if a checkout diverted to it.
Ordered some doc marten shoes which ive done many times before. This order took a little longer than usual - usually 5 days to my door in NZ. But during the US gov shutdown. So i emailed, they got back to me so quickly to say my order was out of stock and id get a full refund. Well because i used a visa debit card the money was taken out at the same time as the email (time differences) but i called the bank and then emailed again and they advised the refund had been processed the next day. Fantastic customer service.
Now just waiting on my next order that has been confirmed to arrive.

$130 shipping to simply process a Canadian Credit card for a small item shipped from Maryland to Montana. If I were to use my US Credit card it would be $10 ground shipping. To inform a business that they cannot process international payments without their high fees etc is nearly criminal. STAY AWAY
I was told by a store to order through them so I could pay with a foreign credit card. Once the order went through there was no way to adjust it and they added $65 in fees. There is also no way to cancel the order. WATCH OUT.
Once item is shipped you will NEVER get back their fee or any taxes, and you're up for your own return shipping & refund costs.
These guys are a rip off middleman they ONLY make their money off your purchase. Wherever possible use other grey channels or pay directly via paypal.
It took 20 days to get my order from the U.S. to the U. A. E. It was groceries from an online supplier in VA. Some stuff was moldy already, not surprisingly. They work on a "business days" basis, but we live in a "calendar days" world IMHO. Because Thanksgiving happened to get in the way I was TOLD I knew what their POLICY was when I complained. Last time, shipping from the supplier via MyUS, it took 9 days from order to delivery. I won't use them again.

When I received my order, the color was completely wrong and had to send it back. When I received the refund, I was shorted over $200.00! I am the consumer who didn't do anything wrong yet I am losing money?! Called international checkout, first they hung up twice, then they wouldn't tell me who owns the company? Whats the secret? And then wouldn't give me the person's email address? Never use this company! Use Purolator or mail!
Ordered in mid-may, order summary still showing that package is in their warehouse, agent says package has shipped but unable to provide a tracking number. Don't have much confidence that I'll receive a tracking number by email as promised. The online chat worked well yesterday and agent was friendly; couldn't get through to them today though.
Usually never put a bad rating for a company but I had such a terrible experience with and they were so unprofessional and did not care about anything that 1 star already too nice. Bought avoid them at all cost and will also never buy on crailstore again.

I hoped I saw these Reviews Before, I will never ever buy from these fraud sites any more. They send me just one item of Three, the others out of stock, but they dont inform me when i'm buying, and they send an invoice for all the 3 items with the backage, and in my country, I have to pay customs depending on the invoice, I bought for 44USD and payed costums 50 USD because there's mistake and they dont want to help
If I could sue these $#*!twats, I would. I ordered from POS Micro about a month back. They finally received the package. At this point all that they would have to do is send me my package. But I guess that in itself is too big of a feat for them to do. So now, we are going on two months. K still haven't received my order from them. They still haven't shipped it out. It has taken a dozen international calls to them to get their $#*! together, a guy on their end has to physically walk over to their warehouse "to check what happened". Because the customer support emails are being handled by lazy twats called Eve and Nea. Who likes to keep responding "we will update you once, we have more information".
If you have a choice, do NOT ever use their services. The whole lot of them are absolute morons and condescending $#*!es.

Huge rip off of a company. Charge over $100USD for a $149 item. Claim its oversize. I claim its nothing more than a money grab. If the Zgallerie used a normal shipping company cost would be less than 1/3.

I'm very sorry that your experience with International Checkout was disappointing. We went thru extra verification steps because your shipping address and country did not match the credit card billing address and country associated with your credit card. We issued a small deposit to your account for verification to make sure it was an authorized purchase. Unfortunately, this can take several days after issuing the deposit for it to post to your account. Thank you for verifying. As your order contained mattresses shipping to an overseas destination, International Checkout had to assess it for additional shipping costs. We do not have access to the items' weight or dimensions at the time of checkout as we do not receive that information from the store you ordered from.
I can understand why the additional time and cost would be frustrating and we apologize for the inconvenience. We are working on a solution to gain access to item size and weight from the store so we can improve that in the future.
