DO NOT do business with this company. The shirts are all sized one size too small & made of very cheap material. When you want to return them, they charge you a 21% handling fee. It's a complete scam.
Poor quality t-shirts and they don't fit well. The M size is actually more an S than an M. Even worse, they actually charge you quite a high "handling" fee to return the products unless you get a store credit.
Tip for consumers:
Returns are PAID, unless you ask for a store credit.
INTO THE AM has the best customer service. I had an issue with a couple of items and I was going to return them as suggested by one of the representatives. Since coronavirus was in full swing, I couldn't go to the post office to return the items. They told me to keep the items and they would give me a store credit. I gladly agreed. I ordered 2 hoodies, the credit was applied and I received my merchandise. It SO EASY. Their customer service is unrivalled. The hoodies are incredible. I would definitely buy from INTO THE AM again.
If you pay the $14 delivery fee... and your order doesn't arrive on time, they take no responsibility. Customer service is lacking to say the very least.
The quality of the basic tees i ordered were better than expected. I order 5 shirts on my first order cause they were on a sale. Probably going to order 3 more in colors I dont have. Wish they had pocket tees though..
Products used:
4 basic tees and 1 long sleeve
I ordered a t-shirt from them and got very disappointed of the quality. Remember you have to pay "restocking fee" like $8 which is ridiculous. Stay away.
I'm not too big into what you could call "raver gear" or "gamer gear", but I do like artistic/abstract designs. This company has found a fair middle ground and seems to have something for almost everybody at this point.
One thing I really like is their "flash sales" where hats can be swooped up for 15-20 bucks. And they are surprisingly good quality.
Some hat companies like Findlay Force (which I don't recommend.) will push out hats that have "wavy" messed up bills and they blame it on their sublimation process (how they get the design on). Well, this company doesn't have this problem and makes me believe they actually care about the quality of the products they put out.
I have purchased 1 shirt and 3 hats from them and I am 100% satisfied.
The hats fit nicely and their shirts are super comfortable.
Tip for consumers:
Flash sales will save you money. Subscribe to their email to be informed of them. They don't last long!
