The TV station made money, and it seems that's about it; other than the person at the end of the line. I made an inquiry about 2 weeks asking for confirmation of the order, and asking when it would be received. No answer. Filed a resolution request with Pay Pal today 12/21/2020 as I have not heard from anyone, nor received the product.

My boyfriend ordered a chirp wheel set, invoice said we ordered it in May 2020 and it was Nov. 2020 we ordered set. I have back pain and thought these would help. They took the money from his paypal account, gave tracking number, said it was delivered Dec. 14,2020 to a different state and address. When emailed never responded and won't return money. Now I have to contact paypal n see what can be done. Complete scam. ItemsWay.com is a joke and steals your money and ships to wrong places. Shut this place down.

Im very disappointed. Ordered the 5-1 mop 3 weeks ago and still waiting. No response. Nothing. No way to get s refund. This company is a scam. Do not order anything from them. Be aware. They are quick to take your money but you will never receive it.

Do not buy Roto razors from them they will take your money.my wife is totally disabled so the money hurt and the pandemic going on too nobody got money to give away they don't even have contact info on the website so you know t his Roto razor stuff is a scam. Watch Out For scam

Asked for my credit card number, said that my Paypal account would be billed
My Credit card was billed, Nothing showed up after a month
Only way to contact them was through their *******@itemsway.com email

Never received and charged for it have a receipt and all still haven't received order in October 29,2020 its now December 9th nothing and no response from them. Scamming people

I never received this item. The tracking number given doesn't exist. There no customer service number given. I believe this is scam! The website doesn't even exist any more.

I ordered a foot massager but when it arrived it was much different than the picture on their website. I emailed them and got a response the first couple of times. I have sent several emails since with no reply. I tried to add photo but failed. I have pictures.

Ordered from them in October and didn't receive an email confirmation which was the first red flag. Their website has no contact info... 2nd red flag.
Contacted PayPal for help. PayPal reached out to seller Aisipinuo for tracking number. Seller provided bogus number with no shopping confirmation... 3rd red flag. Money being refunded through Paypal.
Fraudulent company. Beware.

I ordered an item and was sent something different with no way to contact the merchant. This is a total scam. The only time this Items Way name came up was AFTER the purchase. It showed up on the Invoice then. What a disaster. I am of course disputing this through Paypal and through my credit card company.

I ordered stretching wheel set for $70.00 and they are not responding to email and can't find even a number to call. Wow was I stupid to not check reviews first.

Just read other experiences with Items-way. Like one other person i ordered a Power XL Fryer on October 28,2020. Never got a shipping confirmation. When i e-mailed the company they told me they were back ordered and would be shipped. When they received them. Since i wanted it for my wife for xmas i tried to cancel my order on November 6. They informed me it couldn't be canceled because it was already in shipping process.It is now December the 13th and i still have nothing. I turned it over to my credit card company..

Not only did I not receive my product but I also incurred loss of my money. Not only was the date of purchase in clerical error but the tracking # I was given was false due to delivery was for another year and delivered to another country. They have utterly refused to take my complaint seriously.

Ordered three same items, first one sent to Michigan. According to track number, I live in Texas. PayPal gave me a refund, second items untrackable number, so they sent a second track number to satisfy Pay Pal, also untrackable. They offered a $30 coupon for something for me to drop the case with Pay Pal.
Not happening for sure... Email fake, tele number not working, Web site limited. No response. Waiting for Pay Pal to finish check waiting for refund, third item the same story. No way to know it was a foreing company in China. Months have gone by, no items yet, and dont plan on them ever arriving

Any one in the Flushing, NY area can determine is this company is really doing business at eh address they gave on my order. The address is 767 Ruckman Road, Flushing NY *******.
In realty they should have used SUCKMAN ROAD, because they are sucking innocents people money.

Items-Way (or Items Way) in Flushing NY (maybe) is a front for shady Chinese businesses. I my case, the Chinese "business" is buried deep under the infamous 163.com. Many reviews of Phama-Depot (the Chinese company) here on Sitejabber state that their way of doing business is to ship a cheap trinket (or something other than what was ordered) so that they have a proof of delivery. In my case, nothing at all has arrived. But fear not - Items-Way has a return policy; you just have to apply by email for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). HOWEVER - the Items-Way website DOES NOT provide an email address.

Tracking information is provided only in Chinese characters. There might be a way around this problem. Parcelmonitor.com will track your package in your language of choice. This, of course, assumes that the tracking number provided by Pharma-Depot (the actual "company" through which Items-Way might possibly have placed the order) is a real tracking number. This seems increasingly less likely. In my case, Parcelmonitor.com shows that my package arrived in the destination country (United States) on November 9,11 days ago. No further tracking information was provided. I DO recommend Parcelmonitor.com; I would strongly recommend avoiding Items-Way.com and particularly Pharma-Depot.com. Pharma-Depot is just one of the many outfits in China for which Items-Way fronts, providing what appears to be a USA company location.

Do not order from this company. 100 % scam. They use PayPal to get money. Give you fake tracking number.

I ordered a rotorazer and I got this cheap Chinese imitation. Will not cut over 3/8 inches in depth.
I have contacted Items-way eight or nine times to get information to ship this back for a refund and no response.
This is a bate and switch operation run by a bunch of scam artist.
DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ITEMS-WAY.

On 11/13/2020 I ordered an Air Hawk MAX Automatic Cordless Tire Inflator Portable Air Compressor. It took about a month after several e-mail inquiries before I received a product. What I received was a cheap knockoff packaged to look similar to the real thing. Almost didn't notice the switch due to the similarity of the packaging. Further e-mails to Items-Way requesting info for returning the item received no responses whatsoever. My payment was through PayPal, but since I do not have a PayPal account, I pushed the charge through PayPal to my credit card. Thank heavens for that since my credit card company took over investigating this for fraud and eventually credited me back for the full amount. It appears Items-Way handed off my order to another company, which appears to be a shell company here in the US for a Chinese outfit. The web address I entered for the shell company gave a 404 not found error message accompanied by a host of Chinese characters. So Items-Way appears to be a full blown scam operator.

My order was placed in November, 2020. It was supposed to be shipped but as if December 13,2020 it has not arrived. There is no phone number for this site. There is no way to find out about your order.

Ordered a Power XL Air Fryer Oven from this site on 10-25-20 after reviewing all the wonderful information provided on the site, also believing it was an American company and finding no negative reviews on 10-25-20. Subsequent e-mail from items-way showed shipment on 11-4 and a tracking number. Oven wasn't received in appropriate time frame, tracking number provided came up as error on DHL site, plus company name was now all in Chinese. Contacted them by email, response said team would respond in 2 days but no response. On 11-17 I filed with PayPal who gave the company another 10 days to respond to them. On 11-27 PayPal opened an investigation, submitting info received from items-way, apparently on the 10th day, stating only that the item was "shipped" and providing a different tracking number to PayPal from the original one provided to me. PayPal provided a link to contact the company again, I did, but still no response. As of today, 12-3, I have received nothing but a charge on my credit card on 10-26. My credit card company just opened a second investigation into items-way. Wish I didn't even have to give one star to these frauds!

To all the people who want to buy from this company. Please Don't. Unless you want to get ripped off.
