This product works wonders on your hair. My hair is extremely long, it tangles very easily, my hair is also thinning and lost its volume. This line of hair care has really made a difference in all those areas. I do recommend that if you're a first-time user be careful as to making sure that you thoroughly rinse your hair after using the products because I think it's the keratin in the products but if you don't rinse really really good my experience has been that your hair gets oily and weighed down rather quickly.
I needed information concerning the manufactured date of "it's a 10" products to find out if they had expired. The number that I called was a recording stating to get in touch with the company by E-mail. I then E-mailed the company and received one response stating that the products have a one year shelf life. That response did not answer my question because I did not know when they were manufactured or when I purchased them. I have sent three E-mails since then, and I have not received a response back to answer my question. In my opinion, someone receiving my E-mails does not want to go through the process of finding the manufactured date on the products because it would take a few minutes of their time. I will not purchase any "it's a 10" products again due to a company that does not care about their customers' concerns.
The price is a bit over the edge for the little bottles that they give you. But it is so worth it. It keeps you hair soft, healthy and frizz-free for days!
It's a 10 is an amazing brand, my mom and i have been using the spray conditioner for years and years and it's still amazing.
This brand is a miracle i love it love it lol i use it in damp hair and style it with a flat brush than a flat iron and my hair is so amooth cause theres keratin in the formula

Ever since I started using this my hair has started to thin and feel brittle, as soon as I stopped my hair has started to grow back in thank God! I wouldn't use any of their products again!
Have been using this product It's a 10 miracle leave-in potion plus keratin for at least 8 years and product is great. However the new cylinder pump leaves something to be desired. It is messy and not as nearly as good as the original. Made cheaper obviously in order to save money for the company. By the way the product is almost double the price from when I first started to use it.!
