I bought a simple replacement battery for my digital camera. I never received the item, and none of my emails have been acknowledged or responded to. It's a one-way street, where purchases are made, but no products are sent out. Not surprisingly, there is no telephone number or street address listed on their website. Wish I would have noticed that sooner.
