The DYNASTY DVD collection I ordered from jaxjade.com is incomplete upon receipt! I contacted the company right away and one of their customer support reps respond back within few hours. I was surprised because they reply quickly and rectify the problem at once. They asked me if I went through the entire DVDs as they provide one time free replacement. I provided the list and they send my missing discs after a week. I feel very pleased with the quality of the DVDs I received, absolutely perfect. Now that I have the complete playable discs, I pleasantly contented with the whole set!
JaxJade is run by a group of notorious Canadian card-fraud scammers, who more infamously operate the sites 'Costas DVD' and 'TVAddicts' (the latter is now shut down). Do a search on these companies and you'll find literally 1000s of awful reviews. They charge your card via a fake Canadian company called 'Lighthouse Service, Inc', and in my case, they charged my card 2 more times after I ordered. This is completely illegal and I am currently instructing my lawyer to investigate this company. Oh, and the 2 reviews below my are clearly fakes written by an outsourced worker who appears to have a poor knowledge of English. Beware!

Counterfeit DVD seller with way more then 100 similar counterfeit sites.
Recently purchased the Doctor Who Mega Collection from Jaxjade.com website. This company provided a very swift delivery which took only a week for the package to arrive. I must say that the packaging is absolutely great, and the quality of the DVDs is almost perfect but not that of high-definition. I can live with that and I am not really disappointed at all because all discs are watchable in its entirety! I also found that each discs are very accurate with very reasonable pricing. I would like to endorse adding this DVD set to your collections. I am ready to do business with this company again.
