I normally don't write reviews like this but really feel like this needs to be set straight. We are in the business of making custom items. When an order is custom it's automatically No refunds, No returns. Jeffery Dean agreed to this. The next morning he called numerous times trying to cancel saying he felt ripped off. We told him we'd refund to his card he paid with and it'd take 48-72hrs for it to post to his account.
Jeffery Dean decided to come to the store and raise his voice, threaten to come behind the counter (which is employees only) and scream in the establishment. We did threaten to call the police to have him removed. He left and called the police himself. He then received a paper copy of his refund.
He then lied again and said we threatened him & shorted him 20% on his refund which is a complete lie.
You have been warned. He is like a picked on child seeking revenge on anyone he come into contact with.
My advice is for you to NEVER do business with him ever.
