Ordered a radiator for Jubilee tractor. Out of the box I could see how cheap it was made.
Installed it on tractor and it leaked more than the original. Sent Item back and it took too many
Phone calls to finally get a refund on credit card. I was told refund would take seven buisness days so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I will never ever do buisness with them again.
Bought bushings for my bulldozer, wrong ones. Sent them back, guess company just want to keep making money, they resent the bearings and recharged me for them. Sent me old New stock for another part, nothing old about them made in Mexico.

None they sent wrong parts. Talk to sales associates on phone and said nothing they could do.
Watch out when buying a starter for your TO 20 Ferguson. The overseas metal casting operation must be pretty crude. I think that is where the problem was. Bought another overseas built starter from a closer shop and after explaining the trouble I had with the Jensales starter and after blasting, painting, and a new bushing in the old nose casting and installation on new starter case, took it home and it went together in seconds.
I believe, in an effort to shift the blame, Jensales thinks everybody is stupid but I've always worked on my own stuff and I've had grease under my nail more than a few times in 68 years.
Not only did it cost me $29.66 for shipping to get the useless item, it cost me $32.90 to ship it back and then they refunded $40 less than the $175.99 cost of the bad product.
I bought a tractor replacement seat for almost one thousand dollars. It was suppose to be a John Deere seat, it was not. It was suppose to fit a JD 7330 tractor. It wasn't even close. The holes lengthwise and widthwise were at least 3/4" off. Aggravation! It took all morning to fabricate an adapter plate. Watch out for this company.
Was very happy with the service called in to have an email sent with pictures of what I was going to receive and they were very prompt in getting it sent we ordered d-Cals and they were shipped in acceptable time frame. Good job well done.

So I ordered what I thought were 2 vinyl decals. Well, $27.00 later I receive 2 cheap, plastic decals with the worst adhesive. First and last time I order from them.
Order was not fulfilled
I purchased a PDF manual kit for an old tractor. I received access to two of the files but not the third (the main service manual) the kit contains. I emailed Jensales and they responded by telling me;
"It looks like the manual kit you ordered includes an IT manual to which we do not own the rights to send as a PDF. We will need to physically send this manual to you, therefore we need to charge you for shipping."
I thought this was not acceptable. Upon discussing this problem with a member of Jensales staff they agreed that this was not an acceptable outcome. They refunded me my money and allowed me to keep the digital copies I received as they could not fulfill the order they had agreed to.
While searching about Tractor manual parts and Oliver manuals, I found the Jensales online service. They had given me a fair service at affordable prizes. Definitely I have received my parcel in time and as they said, there is free shipping on buying two or more items, I got free shipping also. Thanks to Jensales services. As we had spoken about on the phone, you had called in with an OEM number on May 5th. You had provided us with the part number you had wanted to order, which is what we had sent out.
You had called again on 5/21 and provided the same OEM number, and had ordered again. I have verified this through our phone logs and recordings. You had refused to believe me so I had offered to send you the phone calls. You declined and stated you were going to call an attorney and that we are obviously pulling some sort of scam on you.
This is not the case. We have been in business for over 30 years, and we only sent you what you had ordered.
As we had spoken about on the phone you can return the bushings you had ordered and we will of course get you a refund.
