Avoid shopping at this website at all costs. I made the mistake of trying to order a Christmas present from the site and it was the most frustrating experience. Shipping took a full four weeks. Every time I e-mailed them they would give me no information and told me that since shipping is "free" (which it really wasn't) I shouldn't complain. They don't tell you until after you order that you will be charged "international taxes". This is a very poorly run business.

AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS.

The only reason I give them one star is because you can't rate them zero stars.
I ordered 5 hats, one was damaged (frayed along the sides), one was marked as a 7 1/2 and was EXTREMELY large, and one was the wrong hat. Only 40% of my order was correct. I tried contacting customer service and the woman I was chatting with via Live Chat was EEXXTTRREEMMEELLYY rude and unprofessional. She told me she would give me ONE free hat if I ordered more hats and then proceeded to give me attitude and tell me to leave before she stopped responding to any more of my requests and questions.

I will be paying full price for my hats from Lids from now on where I know I will get exactly what I order and get my service from someone who knows how to talk to people without giving them attitude.

Unfortunately I have experienced a huge let down this christmas when I ordered an NFL jersey from this website. Shipping was bad as expected (about 2 weeks) but when I received my item it was the wrong size despite my order confirmation that stated the size I wanted. I immediately inquired through email (the only way you can) about it. It is two days after christmas and I am still emailing back and forth trying to get my money back, or the correct size sent to me. I have gotten the run around numerous times and now he is only agreeing to give me back 15 dollars and I paid 40. An absolute joke, and the worst thing is that you can't even call them to complain (I have to wait for E-mails back and forth). The cherry on top of it all is that there website displays a banner that says "100% satisfaction or your money back". What a joke and dissapointment. Never, I repeat, never try and buy a jersey from one of these types of wholesalers because if they mess up you will pay in the end.
