I reached out multiple times and was told it was ready to ship. Waited another week and nothing.

I would not recommend this company from my personal experience.

Purchased a wig that was listed as express shipping 2 weeks later had not been shipped then was told it needed to be made. Requested a refund kept getting the runaround. Finally received the wig a month later. 100% not Remy the hair looks and feels synthetic, the curls were not realistic, I own wigs I have paid $25.00 for that look more realistic. The part had completely uneven pieces attached to it, cheap product and now I am out $120.00 because I brushed out the curls. Also seems like the negative reviews tend to vanish...hmmm...
